There's something amazing about buying produce from the grower. My Oyster and Shitake mushrooms from Urban Artisan Farm, and available weekly until October 30 at Farmer's Market at Forest Park in Springfield, are just some of the wonderful foods available at these booths. But being able to talk to Jack about growing the mushrooms, about recipes, about life, is so much more fun than just picking up a box of warehouse-old mushrooms at a local supermarket. What a treat to have these growers at this local market. Thank you.
