I love that she always tries to improve my hair style by trying new techniques.
It makes me feel like she A remembers me and B like she is constantly improving her skill as a stylist which I appreciate because her evolution means I get cooler and cooler styles all still with reasonable prices.
She is not cheap by any means but overly expensive. WORTH every penny

The solan is ok..I recently got a trim wash and flat iron. As someone with natural kinky hair, I was very upset that she did not detangle my hair prior to blow drying. That was my first and last visit to that salon.

We get our locs done here the loctition is one of the best in Springfield gentle with your hair locs are fresh and so pretty how she connects them and styles.. has great hair products also..

I had an appointment on wednesday and the lady told me that she was going to call me when she was ready, they never did. They were all mean and snarky about it too. The lack of service when it came to me and my hair was outraged. My hairs a mess and this service neglected me.

I went to Sophia for a wash microlinks install and a trim on my natural hair. Not many people know how to handle natural hair but Sophia went above and beyond , using the best products and even giving me a steaming treatment for my tight scalp. I booked a silk press with a trim. Now what I got was a wash, blow dry, flat iron & trim. No special hair treatment, nothing. She didn’t detangle my hair before she started blow drying AND she didn’t put any heat protectant. When I got in my car I realized my haircut was uneven. The salon is nice and clean, but don’t waste your money here.Service: Haircut

Set up an appointment on line , appointment is confirmed. Week before appointment I received a text that salon would be close. If I could come on different date. I move things around , to accommodate my appointment. She then changes her mind and decided she will be open. I miss read the text...she then has an additude..unprofessional told her to keep my deposit. ....
