“THE BEST SERVICE EVER! I AM SO GLAD I CALLED AND MADE AN APPOINTMENT TO GET MY CAR SERVICED. THEY'RE BUSY, SO I WASN'T ABLE TO GET IN RIGHT AWAY BUT THAT WAS EXPECTED. I WAS ABLE TO DROP OFF MY CAR BEFORE WORK THE DAY OF MY APPOINTMENT, AND BY 11 AM THEY CALLED ME TO LET ME KNOW WHAT WORK NEEDED TO BE DONE. BY 5 PM MY CAR WAS FIXED AND I WAS ABLE TO PICK UP MY CAR ANYTIME BEFORE 6 PM. HOW DO THEY DO THAT?! I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE A WHILE SINCE I NEEDED TWO SENSORS + AN OIL CHANGE. THEY ARE HONEST, AFFORDABLE, AND VERY FRIENDLY. THE BEST THING WAS THAT THEY PRINTED OUT A DETAILED REPORT OUTLINING ALL THE ISSUES THAT WERE FIXED FOR FUTURE REFERENCE IF ANU ISSUES SHOULD OCCUR. I AM SO THANKFUL!”

In Springfield, MA has different places where they sell Tires. Except that many are not honest and sell you broken and poor quality tires. When I went to Víctor he showed me that the rubber I bought somewhere else was in bad condition. The pressure sensor was also broken. Truly, I can call Víctor at any time and he will immediately assist me with courtesy and deliver.”
“Had a completely flat tire which I shuttled over and dropped off near noon. It was fixed and ready to go a few hours later even though they looked pretty busy in there. Super helpful, very accommodating and properly priced service! They even loaded it into my vehicle for me. I will be back.”

“I had such a great experience with the Balise Mazda team purchasing my used cx30! I live out of town so I communicated mainly via text with Ashley which was super convenient. She held the car I wanted for me with a deposit. When I came to look at the car, it was spotless and looked brand new. This was my first car purchase so I had no prior insurance, licenses plates, or anything and Ashley and the Balise team got me in and out in 2.5 hours and I was able to drive my car off the lot which is no small feat in Massachusetts. “Went in for the first time to get 3 used tires. The condition of these tires were almost brand new with plenty of tread left. The team of guys worked fast and efficiently to install them. Waiting approx 20 minutes from the time I pulled in to when I left with a few other cars ahead of me. The price was extremely fair and the service was even better.
