I just spoke to a very disrespectful attendant, I go in like I usually do to grab gas as well as pay for my car wash and grab some snacks, But today, paying for my gas, it said to see the attendant once I went to see the attendant. I asked her if I can get The car wash as well and her response was “you cant get a car wash here, you have to pay for it over there” after telling her that my company always get the wash and gas’s here she says “yeah well I don’t know what to tell you the system is down and everyone is at a Conference When they fix it, they fix it “ this is the second time I’ve spoken to this lady and she has been rude, I will Not becoming to this gas station anymore, until she learns some manners.

They have a lot of convenience items in the store here. Besides just gas, they offer almost everything from various drinks & snacks like candy bars, chips, apples, bananas, muffins, & little cakes, to some clothing items like hats, & gloves, body & piercing jewelry, vape products & smoking products, baking products like cake mix, vegetable oil, sugar & frosting, cereals & different kinds of milk- including Silk Milk & creamers.

Update 5-27-22: this place is a scam i was blamed that i should know better. Rude employees watch out for this place its a scam. Janice also said she never said she would make it right as she did in her reply here and wont make it right. They rather lose and not care for the customer over profitUpdate:5-24-22: janice lea gave false contact info which shows she doesnt care for the customers.Update 5-18-22: still no reply back. So much for caring about the customer.Update 5-17-22: emailed and called no reply.They dont honor the prices advertised. The woman inide made it seem like i was the one changing the prices and had terrible customer service skills. Save ur money go elsewhere biggest rip off and rude employees. Wont ever go back unless its a last resort. They also deserve 0 stars

Everytime I come to this spot to fill up my tank and wash my work van their is 2 guys that always work hard and I got nothing but respect for them 2. No matter how bussy it is in the car wash alone or together they always polite and with a smile!! Nothing but love and respect!!! Today is 5/24/22 @450PM

i was there to redeem a scratch card ticket n the black guy on duty shortchanged me $50. instead of $70 he gave me $20 and threatened me to leave the premises. will not recommend it to anybody. poor service.

is the gas station 24/7 ? cause the door is locked at night and nobody wants to answer the door or the phone. when i call the store their number says 'not in Service.'

I go daily basis but have to stop going for the fact of an attende named or called Candy she always mistreates the clients of colored skin or with accent witch is very sad that she is the face of the business and I feel it's an inadequate form to treat people by making racial slurs and denying service that just straight up wrong and disgusting they wont see one more dollar from Me that's a guarantee

F l Roberts advertises 25 cents off if you download the app. I went to this location with my app showing the 25 cent coupon and neither worker knew how to give me the discount. Both workers were wearing shirts that advertised the exact promotion I was asking for. I was so angry when I left that I put my phone on my trunk and drove off without it. Thanks a lot f l Roberts for your untrained workers. I will never use this company again.
