11.20.22 It's one of your typical gas stations with plenty of pumps. Easy in & out access to two different streets with easy access to I 91 north or south. The service i always receive is fine. Gas prices are average and in line with other surrounding stations in the area. The store is always clean. They have plenty of snacks & drinks to choose from.

Stopped for gas and three separate pumps were broken. Gave up and went somewhere else. Dont waste your time

I went to this station today on November 1st 2020 to fill up my car with gas and to use my rewards card. I was informed that yesterday the rewards card expired. I asked about the points that are on my card. I was informed that they are lost. As a long time customer of this fl roberts station I was never informed the rewards program was to be stopped. This is extremely poor business practice.

I like to stop at this station even if I don't need gas. They sometimes have coffee in the middle of the night. The staff is very friendly and I can have a chat even if they are busy. The gas prices are not the lowest in the neighborhood but for a few extra pennies for a fill-up, who cares. I have been there many times and I have always had good service.

Went in for a pack of cigs and a few other things the lady bagged up my food n drinks n tossed the pack of cigs in without me seeing it I got home n found she gave me Newport 100s instead of marb red 100s. Since it’s a thirty minute drive and on my way to work n back I figured if I brought back in the morning they would just switch it out. Nope lost my business for good cigs don’t get bagged for this reason. And their employees fault shouldn’t be taken out on me. Lost 11$ wen they could easily fix the issue. Bad customer service from everyone working including the manager.

I'm here almost every day. This is probably the only gas station I go to religiously. The staff are a pretty great and friendly bunch of people. I don't know why but it just feels good coming to this location I guess it's the way people treat you that makes me come back plus it's location is right off the highway so it's super convenient. Everything is clean outside and inside. And the staff is quick to fix any issues you have. This is my favorite location.
