They told my wife that she could not get her medication any more which is basically a death sentence when they could have made a simple phone call and cleared up the problem.

Amanda cashier at 9 pm didn't greet me. I noticed her being rude to others as well. She said thank you to the white lady (I am not races, im half white) before me and she didn't say anything at all to me. I said thanks and she ignored me.

I’m so grateful for the young lady who was manning the self check out Saturday June 5,2021 around 1:30. She was attentive, patient and very helpful to every customer struggling including me!! She was so sweet and understanding, she deserves a raise!!!

Please someone train the employees on how to pick our ripe fruit to cut up. I'm never buying the cut fruit again as it's all unripe and a total waste of money.

Store from the outside does look run down. Not a bright and shiny affair to say the very least. Inside, has a light grunge character to it. Perhaps it is the lighting that makes it all look dingy to a degree. Customers can be unruly. Some singing loudly and wildly thinking it amusing. People in a trance not watching where they are going or stopped in the middle of the isle unaware spacially of the environment. The lines are truly stupid. No need to have just two cashiers at check out at peak hours or when busy. This happens a lot and makes it difficult to leave, and if your older, hard to stand around. They may cut cost, but they are losing customers to the Big Y that do not have a problem with providing quick check out. This alone is why I am so reluctant to go there. And when they run out of a popular product, it is not stocked for a few days. Bought some scallops and they smelled horrible. The check out person said to bring them back now, yet, they gave them to me at the deli. This type of thing is so third world. I avoid that store now, on Liberty street, and go to the one on Memorial drive, however, the check out is still very bad. I truly mean this. Hit the Big Y if you can. They just do it all better, and they are clean.
