Rude employees and they didn't carry any of the basic computer accessories I needed. Every time I walk into that store, it's being run by different insufferable people. Come on now.

Customer service was so bad it's laughable. Cashier was unable to enter a discount code... His first action should have been to call someone over... He just stood there hoping I would drop the issue. I had to ask him to get someone (there were other staff there). He then says "She's having a problem entering the code." NO... Actually, YOU are (ugh, zero accountability). The so-called manager wasn't helpful and was visibly annoyed at having to come over. The cherry on this sundae was being handed the BARE multiple items with no bag. I had to ask for a bag 3 times before being acknowledged. At least try a LITTLE to do your job. I feel sorry for anyone who finds this acceptable. Would you like loose items left at your door? Exposed? No bag? Do better. This order wasn't even for me and, unlike some people, I actually take pride in good customer service. The standards I hold for myself are higher than even for a Staples cashier who looked out of it and was completely indifferent. Ugh.

Amazon and UPS drop offs are quick and easy. I can't recommend the fax service, it's ridiculously overpriced. Better off downloading an app or going to your local library.

This is specifically in regards to their UPS shipping services. If you are returning an Amazon package, you get priority and will likely be in good shape. If you're trying to ship anything else, stay away. I attempted to overnight a package through this location, and it took 4 days for them to even put it on a truck. They just let it sit there day after day while filling the truck with amazon returns. I don't imagine that this is the employees' fault, it's likely company policy. I called the store to ask why my package still hadn't shipped and the employee was very straight forward with me about the situation. So kudos to them for honesty, but think twice before shipping UPS through this Staples.

Worst recycling program ever they gave me a 10$ coupon but you have to spend 30$, when I came in with a bag full of stuff and a laptop no thank you

Honestly I do not know who is writing these reviews? Is it a former employee? A former scorn lover of a current employee? Absolute madness and cruelty. Do people not understand that employees depend on this business continuing to thrive to put food on their tables? The store was clean and well organized. The entire team was extremely friendly. The person that helped me in the printing went above and beyond to help me print something from my phone. The cashier got me to sign up for the app on my phone. She even complimented my manicure. Really think about your negative reviews before you write them. Give people the benefit of the doubt. Perhaps their family member is ill, perhaps they have worked 10 days in a row because the store can't find employees. You never know what another human is experiencing. Be nice!

Team needs a class on Customer Service. We were doing Sunday morning shopping between Petco & Ocean State Job Lot. Walk in with bags from each store. The guy was more focused on the bags then greeting us - judging and assuming. Staples is going out of business much like other stores because the workers are to quiet or rude. Why go for human interaction when the workers treat you like nobodys.

I always come to return Amazon packages to come today to try to return an amazon package. To get other customers to be rude at me because they didnt know what line to stand in. A guy was rude saying that they were in line for shipping packages, and another lady started getting mad at me too. I told them for shipping packages is over here and then they continue being rude. I told them i come here all the time, the line is here, im not trying to cut and for them go in front of me. Then the 1 only employee probably overwhelmed with the crowd bellows out they are not accepting amazon returns due to box shipment being full. Then told explained to everyone where they need to stand for each line. So shows i knew what i was talking about but im really offended i was being verbally attacked from other customers. Im also mad that i have to come back to return my amazon return. Crazy mess being ran at this store location. I dont care if amazon return box was full. Get another open to continue accepting returns. My gas to drive over isnt getting reimbursed.

Total waste of a trip. Phone call went fine and in store employees were nice, but we were still completely turned away without much of a conversation. We had called before coming in, but were told something totally different in person. Somewhere the line of communication was dropped and it was a total bust. We were just told they were too backed up and our order wasn't really listened to, even though the store was mostly empty.

Always seems to have what I am looking for. Little snafu with price on the shelf, vs what the product rung up as....but that happens, and it got fixed.

Front entry was entirely dark. Broken lights.Stood for 10 minutes waiting for assistance at the print area. While a single employee helped seven people. They called for help twice. Management and threw other employees stood there talking. Within sight of all the customers. Doing nothing.
