I love this place! I'm so glad my nurse that I had up until a year ago changed my prescriptions to them. Very rarely do I run out, and that is due to the availability of the medication.
The staff is friendly and respectful. The delivery service is spot on and calls when they are just around the corner. Mike is my delivery person, and I can't say enough good about him.
My neighbors always tell me when I see them, "Your drug dealer came today, right?" They are joking about it the way they say it. They mean oh you're medication was delivered today. This means my prescriptions, which technically are drugs but legal.
I really have nothing negative to say about this pharmacy. Wish I could give them more stars than 5. I would give them infinity stars.
Keep up the great work, Springfield Pharmacy!!!!

We use this pharmacy for work and have been for the past few years, as they are one of the few pharmacies that blister pack. However, as a supervisor, I never had to communicate with them directly or visit the store until a few weeks ago. The women who assisted me there were so friendly, helpful, and patient when I clarified what I needed. The scripts were filled super quick too!

This place doe not deserve a single star. Last month my doctor sent my prescription to this pharmacy, they filled it and sent it to me, I thought it was great. I got a bill on the mail and could not pay it online, I drove to the pharmacy and paid. While I was there the lady on the register was friendly and told me that I could keep using their services as they would be able to fill my prescription from now on, since CVS not always has it available. Yesterday a saw my doctor and told him to send the prescription to Springfield pharmacy. Today I got a call from Toby the pharmacist, the most rude and disrespectful person I ever encountered. He told me that he would not be able to fill it, I asked for an explanation he said I should send it to the place that has been filling it, he refused to give me anymore details and sounded really annoyed. As a nurse myself I will never treat a patient in such a dismissive manner. Now I can’t get a hold with the doctor office because it’s Friday after hours and God knows when I’m going to take the meds that I need. Do not use this place, it’s ratched and the pharmacist Toby should never been licensed to sever the public. I will be sticking with CVS.

Overall very good. Occasional communication difficulties as I only speak American English but no deal breaker. Would recommend.

I usually don't bother to write review for poor services but I just had to because the male pharmacist at this pharmacy was rude from the beginning of the phone call. He was also rude when I went to the pharmacy and insulting my intelligence; I have worked in the Human Service field for over 20yrs and I felt that this person in particular did not have "any" customer service skills. I asked if he had a supervisor and he said he was the pharmacy manager. Unbelievable. I'll stay with CVS. If I could I wouldn't have given any stars.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER BY JOANNE THE PHARMACIST!!! We had been put through the ringer by MassHealth with endless hoops to jump through with prior authorizations and then our doc sending the prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy in a time sensitive situation. Joanne walked me through every step and called me when each step had been confirmed and resolved. She was SO NICE when I was freaking out - couldn't ask for better, more knowledgeable, professional and yet still warm and friendly staff. THANK YOU!!
