I called three times and left messages over several weeks but nobody ever returned them. The woman who answered the phone told me he (Mike) was busy but assured me that he had my messages. It's now been 3 months and no callback, so I took my plow to be serviced elsewhere. Feeling frustrated, I shared the experience with my plow buddies. It was then I learned one of them called Mike to purchase a new plow and was called back right away. I presume new plow sales trump service calls. Thankfully this season was a bust for snow.
Edited. My phone number has been the same for 30 years. Voicemail is never full.
Follow up one month later. Nobody ever contacted me but the situation was resolved professionally elsewhere.
