Lindsay and I have been friends since we were kids. His company did a very good job with our move from MA to TN. The workers worked extremely hard and fast. They got all my house and garage packed carefully and delivered to our new house the next day. The crew was polite and patient and very strong. It was a huge help and affordable. I recommend this company and would use them again. Thanks so much Lindsay and team.

As someone who's moved a lot, it's often absolute hell, but moving with All Points Movers was absolute heaven. The young men who work for the company were extremely competent, very conscientious, polite, hardworking and efficient. I've never had such a good moving experience in my entire life. It exceeded my wildest expectations. That was 7 years ago and I'm about to move again now and I'm looking forward to having All Points Movers take care of all my moving needs!

We had Mike help with moving my father out of his condo. He was such a hard worker, most respectful and a very kind man. Absolutely would hire him again. Give that man a raise.....l

PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY. I promise you if you *do not hire them* you will save yourself money, time, possessions, and heartache. My husband and I hired this company to pack and move us out of state from western MA. If we had literally paid nothing for them, we still would have ended up in the red once they were done. First of all, Lindsay was very difficult to reach in the planning process and it was near-impossible to nail down logistics with him. It came to the point where we didn't even know if he was going to show up one day or the next (he showed up the next. Anway.) Secondly, we stressed from the beginning we had to be fully packed and out of the house by Wednesday night, as we had to arrive to get the keys to our new home Friday morning. Wednesday night rolls around and the "professionals," who had been hiding in our bedrooms and garage drinking our liquor all day, had packed about 10% of the house. I walked Lindsay around the house and showed him everything that still needed to be done and he promises everything will be made right. I'll spare you the details, but long story short, the packed truck arrived in the new state 2 days late. To say the boxes were improperly packed would be a gross understatement. **Nearly all of our furniture and belongings were either broken or stolen.** To top it off, All Points had packed an open 2 gallon container of Round Up in a box with other items, including a toothbrush and expensive electronic equipment (are you starting to see how they pack?), then placed this OPEN box on top of other boxes. The Round Up leaked all over several boxes, spilling all over the inside of the truck on the multi-state trip. Like I said at the beginning, if we had paid $0 for All Points, we would still be out several thousand dollars for the damages they caused. AVOID AVOID AVOID. They should not be in business.

Extremely poor service. I would suggest reviewing BBB and all reviews available on the internet before hiring this group. A hyena can't change its spots.

The movers themselves were extremely polite and courteous to me, HOWEVER, my TV stand that was less than 6 months old broke in the process of the move and the owner, Lindsey St. Jean, only took $42 off of my total for the broken and now unusable furniture, which originally cost me $200. I called Lindsey back the next day to ask him to be reasonable and he told me that the TV stand was made of "fake wood" and was "not real furniture" and he refused to contribute more to the price. The explanation I was given was that under Massachusetts law he is only required to give me $.60 per pound of broken furniture, and Lindsey said he wasn't even required to have given me the $42 off the move because he stated my property that I worked hard to purchase wasn't "real furniture". In addition to the movers arriving late on the day of and me not being give a courtesy call and actually having to reach out for their location, my understanding when I agreed to hire All Point Movers with Lindsey was that the time would not begin until the movers arrived at my old place since I was being charged $283 for the transportation and gas on the truck, however, upon receiving the bill, Lindsey advised the movers to start charging me while they were enroute, which was not initially made clear to me. Several other items I had were damaged during the move and I informed Lindsey that I was not asking for reimbursement.
