I had a very good experience renting a car with this branch, a nice car, a wonderful and polite manager (unfortunately, I don't remember the name of the man), I ordered a car through the Expedia service, everything was processed quickly in 5 minutes, I handed over the car in a few seconds, everything is fine,

Great service, great car, and all for a reasonable price (i.e. cheapest in the area). The staff was friendly, and the rental and return processes were quick and efficient.
The only negative was not worth a whole star for me. The car had been well cleaned, but the inside of the windshield was quite dirty.
This is a great place to rent a car.

I recently rented a SUV from Sixt in Springfield,Ma. Great experience. The rental process was pain free and quick. Staff was polite, helpful and friendly. I was lucky enough to get a brand new 2024 Chevy Traverse RS with all the bells and whistles. I was literally the first to rent it. I had to extend the rental a couple times due to my own car not being ready. Sixt staff made that process smooth as well. I rent often from various places depending on the price but this was by far the best experience I’ve had in awhile. I wasn’t hassled for a credit card, the vehicle was ready when I got there, they didn’t make a fuss even when I was a little late with notifying them that I need an extension. I’ll definitely use them again.

It’s been over a week, my card has been charged a number of times for different amounts. I called the place and the lady said she would call me back last week, she never did. I called back and they said the extra charges are because of tolls, usually when I book a rental with Hertz they add the toll fee and charge it all at once. Let’s see how many more times I’ll be charged with tolls…

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I am currently disputing a damage claim for over $1200 for damage that was not there when I turned the car in. I received an email with photos that were supposedly taken when I brought my car back. NO photos were taken when I left my car. The girl walked around the car & verbally said….no damage, you’re ok to go. Being in a hurry to make our flight, we headed to the check in. The photos do not have date & time stamps!!! Total scam!! Shame on Sixt!! I have contacted my lawyer & the BBB! They deserve ZERO STARS!!

I had a reservation for a SUV from Sixt Car Rental thru Expedia for me and my family on April 19. 2024 @ 10:30 am I called to see if I can pick up an hour early and the girl told me it was not ready. The same girl call me a few minutes later to inform me the SUV had mechanical issues. She stated I can cancel or get something else but that there was no more SUV (family of 8) I told her go ahead and cancel because I can not rent something with mechanical issues. She went ahead and canceled but I noticed they charged my credit card $347. Now they talking about I can’t get my refund they were quickly to charge the car and come down with the SUV having mechanical issues. So now I need to get professionals involved to try to settle this and get my refund back. I want to alert the people to be careful when you rent from this place, it’s been a stressful situation ??

Quick and easy to get a car rental on short notice. The staff was friendly and was able to help me with any questions I had. Accepts debit card with a MA license. Some other rental car places don't allow that. I had a great experience and will return again!

Actually rented in Kansas City but I didn’t see an option to select it. Wanted to leave a very positive review for Shayla working at the airport. Despite it being 1:30 in the morning and a line running out the door, she was patient and very helpful.

The vehicle was nice and clean. And for only two days I was charged $117 which wasn’t too bad imo. The woman who helped me was very nice and professional. I didn’t get her name unfortunately but she was new to the company.

I attempted to rent a car with Sixt when I went to England. My flight was canceled by the airline, so I was unable to go. Even though I canceled my rental car before the original pickup time, but within 24 hours, Sixt charged me for a full 6 day rental and refuses any type of refund. 6 days?? Not even just charging 1 day for inconvenience...although this is absolutely no inconvenience to Sixt. 6 full days charged for a car that I never even looked at for a flight that was canceled beyond my control. This horrible trip gets worse even after it's been over.
I've spoken to so many representatives, and even had Discover each out. Sixt refuses to refund anything. Such a sleezy thing to do.

This company is well known overseas for excess charges. They bait the client by offering the client a bigger vehicle with a free tank of gas and then charge you for the gas. If the offer is not accepted they state the vehicle class is not available and you will be upgraded free of Charge. I do lots of business travel and regular rent from Hertz, Avis, Alamo and Enterprise and have not experienced these issues before. My email Identity is pretty clear as was my communication and your responses to my email are extremely clear.
