Noteworthy details: We stayed in the club level because of the perks but how ever the perks were not offered. Very disappointing for us. No appetizers, no special offers. I asked the front desk and was told it wasn’t offered on weekends. If I know this I wouldn’t stayed at the club level.

This hotel is amazing, customer service, and even the housekeeping is amazing too. Everybody should cone there. I’ll tell here!

Parking is NOT included when booking a room, overnight parking costs ~$20 per night. Do not drive here in a large vehicle, the parking garage is cramped and would be nearly impossible to navigate with a larger vehicle.
The rooms are mediocre and the bathrooms are tiny. The vents in the rooms are filled with dust and the showers are very dated.
The open interior design is terrifying if you have a fear of heights, also the balcony railings are low enough that a tall drunk person could certainly fall over the edge. It certainly would be dangerous for an unsupervised child. The noise from the ground floor bounces all the way through the building up to the upper room, so the rooms are less than quiet.

I have dealt with multiple individuals at the front desk....all of them rude...also A/C was trash and elevator down button did not work.

Horrible to say the least, from
The dark colors, to the dated everything, to the AC with a built in motion sensor that shuts off all night long because it senses no motion, the Sheraton brand is consistently disappointing.
Rooms: Dark, dirty, dated

Not cheap but great location, great breakfast buffet (was here on a Sunday), and easy access to hotel parking albeit they charge you for parking.
Nice views of the river and easy walk to plenty of things downtown. Id stay here again.
Room was a good size too.
