I go here to use Amazon locker today June 8th 2024 Amazon's telling me they could not access locker so I'm calling the store no one picks up the phone it's Saturday and not a Holiday so I know they are open calling Amazon corporate number to explain my grievance then sav a lot corporate for the same How you got a locker they can't access you ruined my delivery

I can't remember which Save-A-Lot this was because I went to one in Massachusetts with my sister and I couldn't believe great product there and their produce section was huge compared to the one here in Virginia. The one hearing Virginia is very disappointing and their meats in Virginia are twice as high that's the ones in Massachusetts I just couldn't believe it. But great customer service and that is what I always look for that is what keeps me going back to a store over and over and over again the price of the products if I don't like it I'll go shop somewhere else for that product. But I do get some great priced products at Save-A-Lot. Now this store in Massachusetts was immaculate I mean really really clean. Virginia not so much

Great supermarket. A lot better than Liberty St Save A Lot. This supermarket has great stuff at a reasonable price. There is a lot more variety here and shelves are always full, you never leave empty handed. There is even a Dollar Tree next door!

This is a perfectly nice place to shop, and I have often bought stuff here. I like the fact that it's close to where my mother lives. The reason I am giving it a low rating is that I really dislike stores that close before the posted closing time. If you say you're going to close at 9:00 p.m., stay open till 9! If I make a special stop at 8:54 to buy tomatoes and find the store closed, that pisses me off.

Save alot was much better last year the price doesn't seem to save much other stores are cheaper than save alot and that is not a good thing

My experience in this supermarket is very pleasant. The employees are so friendly and helpful to customers. I love that I can always find what I really need. If I can't find it, I can ask and the employees will look for it in the back. The location is quite spacious and clean. The prices are very reasonable compared to Walmart and Price Rite.I like that they have a variety of Dominican, Puerto Rican, Mexican, American, and Salvadoran products. I love that they have everything well organized and of excellent quality.What I don't like is that I constantly have to wait for a cart to make purchases. Although the employees look for them inside, I think it is not their job since the carts are limited. To have a wide variety of products they fail in what is most important for the customer. The shopping cart!

I had a bad experience at the Portland store the ,,I think the management there needs to be replaced by a more professional employees..I was falsely accused of stealing and made to stand in front of every body while this guy went through my stuff .I was the only white person on the store mostly black people shop there ..I guess if u have a puffy coat that's grounds for them to signal the only white person out and accuse him falsely of theft after proving I had not stolen anything thing I asked very nicely I'd o could file a complaint. The ignored my request..I then called and the same guy who accused me picked up the phone...how convenient!!! Blocking me from talking to a supervisor..he then Became completely belligerent talking over me loudly and accusing me of do this or that. He was Basically trying to start a fight to make me look bad.how unprofessional. I'm a innocent shopper.who did nothing wrong ..he embarrassed me and himself and got mad at me

I don't recommend it to anyone. Long ago they sold very well but now the prices are too high to the point that Big Y and Stop&Shop are cheaper.
