In a difficult world this appliance store stands out:They go above and beyond !! Not a run around like a big box store. Real people who care.I called Vincent the owner of the store when our gas grill seemed to have been assembledwith problems and not only was he concerned but he came out to our home and at 72 years old got down on the floor dissembled and reassembled it correctly cutting through all the manufacturer logistically difficulties like a pro. He spotted the problem right off the bat and did not quit until he got it right.Sure appreciate a good man and a great storeThank you very muchDr.Dominick Roto( Dom and Linda )

Just a great business.We knew what dishwasher we wanted, called , got a great price and did everything on phone in under 10 minutes. Install was wonderful and some by them, they even gave us a refund for a part we didn't need, Everything was professional and on time. I will use them for all appliances going forward without question.

I can’t say enough good things about Salemi’s! I worked with Mike and he was extremely patient and helpful. Our stove was delivered less than a week after we ordered it. The delivery drivers were kind and careful in our home. The stove arrived with no damage. Will definitely use this business again!

You don't too often hear me complain about businesses or people but Salemi Appliance in Springfield is really not a good place to do business. I assume that it was the owner right from the start he was giving me a hard time telling me that I was wrong because my oven didn't hae a serial number where he said it was. I looked online to find where it was but couldn't locate it So I brought the part that I needed in with me. I needed a new element for the oven and then he stood there and told me there's too many different kinds to know what it is and then he takes a pencil, and he finds the part number right away on the part but yet he's telling me that he couldn't tell what it was. Then he looked it up and he said it would take a few days to get it. They didn't stock it. I'm OK with that and he told me it was $95. I had looked it up online and I was finding them for around $40. So I asked him how come so much then he got real argumentative with me and I told him that I found them online. Look it up now he just the guy constantly wanted to argue with me. I was trying to do business with the guy, but I wasn't about to get ripped off and he told me I couldn't get one for the price that I told him he was right I have to admit instead of $40 I paid $24 for it. I got t it works great and it's the exact part number I wanted so I'm just letting you people know be careful of that guy he's way overpriced and he's not pleasant to do business with.

Excellent service! Adam was immediately helpful and friendly when we initially went in to get a new fridge. The fridge was delivered quickly and professionally. When we were unwrapping the inside of the new fridge, we noticed a small crack in the lining. Mike and Adam could not have been nicer! They ordered us a replacement and it was delivered a couple of days later. 10/10 recommend!!!

I was looking for a door striker for my Whirlpool dishwasher, and Mike found exactly what I needed, showed me the picture of it, ordered it and the part fits perfectly. Great customer service, polite and friendly. You need parts for your appliances, this is the place to go.... ask for Mike.

The Good: decent selection of high end appliances. Good service when we placed our orderThe BAD: from delivery on, that's when our troubles began. Our Delivery guys show up two hours earlier than expected. When they arrived and came into the house, they smelled of pot. They unloaded the stove, dropped one of the ceramic griddles on the driveway and broke it. No big deal as Salemi replaced that very quickly. They quickly left this expensive oven in the middle of my kitchen floor covered in dirty fingerprints and partially peeled off plastic, I expected better for such a high-end appliance store. Called our sales person to complain and he argued with me that the delivery team was great usually. We asked to have our delivery fee returned and he said he had to ask the owner. The owner called back and offered us nothing but that he would help us order another $5000 ventilation hood. No thanks. We took our business elsewhere. Further drive, but go to Yale Appliance in Framingham.

This place has gone down hill. It used to be that you would go here for their service. It was nice to support a family run business but the time has come for Vincent to step away and let the next generation step in and take over. Vincent is hurting the business and driving long time customers away with his rude and condescending behavior! I called for two reasons. We purchased a very expensive stove a month ago and it wasn't installed properly and need someone to come out and fix it. We were promised at time of sale they would do this for us. Vincent was so rude to me, I never even got to ask about coming it to look at new Washer and Dryer and I never will! They will never see another penny from our family! Do everyone a favor and just RETIRE!!!!

Great customer service while you giving them your money but that all changes after the sale. The $6500 gas range that had no problem delivering stopped working after a month. Now I am out of their service area to come fix it.

My older gas dryer started having heat problems....after some research I identified what I needed to fix it and figured I'd have to special order the parts and wait for who knows how long. I called Salemi on a Saturday and they knew exactly what I needed AND had the parts on hand. I was up and running that day!

78 yr old single female needing new refrigerator- had gone to several appliance stores and received inferior help. was given obviously incorrect information and was treated poorly. my neighbors suggested SalemiAppliance- what difference! the staff was helpful, courteous, had good suggestions, and i wasn't treated as an old throwaway (very common at my age). i went home, checked measurements, and returned the next day to make my purchase. the gentleman helping me explained the cost, the delivery info, removal of old fridge and we set up delivery date. TODAY is the day!!!!! the delivery was right on time, the gentlemen handling the delivery were very careful and everything went perfectly. thank you SALEMI.

I've purchased 3 appliances from Salemi Appliance and plan on buying a new grill there this summer. Their prices are competitive and they service what they sell. I've bought from a big box store and a local compety, when you need a part or have questions they don't have any time for you. At Salemi I've ordered parts, called with questions, and every time they have given me top notch service!
