I stopped in to Rick’s Auto Body to get an opinion on repairing my vehicle. Jeff was the appraiser that came out to assist me. He gave me good advice as of what to do & guided me down the right path. I highly recommend Rick’s Auto Body & experienced staff!

I live in Southern Vt and found a car I was interested in at Ricks Motor City. Due to complications it was almost impossible to go and look at the car so Levi offered to bring it to me. We loved the car but still had no way to pick it up so it was brought to us on a trailer for a small charge. The service was above and beyond what we expected. At 73 I’ve bought many vehicles from many dealers but this was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. Thank you Levi Perkins and Rick’s Motor City !

Rick’s Motor City is an absolute fantastic place to do business with. I purchased a used vehicle from them and ran into an issue weeks later. Levi, didn’t hesitate and immediately took care of it without fuss! Not many businesses are that honest and loyal to their customers. Best people to deal with by far.

I bought an older Lexus SUV from Rick's and they couldn't have been nicer or more responsible. When I had the car inspected by my mechanic they took care of the minor issues and even put four new tires on the vehicle. Even after driving the car for more than a week they replaced a rear light assembly and didn't ask for the agreed upon co-pay. A FIVE STAR dealer.

Rick’s Motor City is a FIRST CLASS PLACE!! I saw a truck for sale on their site, which is part of Rick’s Auto Body. So I contacted Levi, who was VERY HONEST about this trucks ENTIRE history. I was so impressed with his professionalism. That I took the hour ride, from where I live in Ct. When I arrived he was waiting for me. The truck was EXACTLY as he said. By the way the body work they did was FANTASTIC!!! I found a few minor issues, which they fixed. They took care of registering it in Ct for me. When I picked the truck up. It looked and drove like new. If I’m ever in the market again for a used vehicle. I’ll go back!!!!
