Servere exhaust leak in some of the buses ? Reported the issue to supervisor in white vehicle, didn't care attitude..? Board of health issue .Drivers are indolent and insolent , and when you report a driver because of his or her behavior they do nothing about it . When you try to contact administration about the serious issue either you can't get anyone on the phone or you get deliberately disconnected i guess the PVTA doesn't want to know about there drivers there exhaust leaking buses or the inadequate public transportation service.PVTA poorly operated and poorly managed .I give a grade of F

I rode bus 1568, r10, severe exhaust coming into seating area, I informed driver, he did nothing, I reported it to supervisor in White SUV. He did nothing, I watched the bus be reloaded with another driver and passengers, no one even investigated situation, pvta did not care there was a severe issue.

Don't bother waving down a bus if you have to cross the street, they'll drive right on by, and don't think about hoping on a bus going the other direction to loop around because they'll belly ache about it.

Shawn who works for FRTA is a helpful and compassionate driver. He always waits for people if their elderly or disabled and has an extremely large capacity for patience.

Witnessed a bus go through a red light after changing to red and the opposing traffic was given a green light and traffic to come to a quick stop to avoid colliding with the bus. The entire incident was recorded on video in my vehicle. Attempted to report this driver but none of the phone numbers (tried 3 different numbers) went to live people or the number didnt connect to PVTA. I'm guessing PVTA doesn't want to hear about the actions of their drivers.

Holyoke mall express bus from 6:20 pm 11/09/2020 didn’t stop to pick up the people at the mall left 9 people behind just cuz he was late

Great service but pickups can be a rather long wait. It can also be a loud and bumpy ride at times but that depends mostly on where youre going

I've been and it's an incredibly nice experience. I'm confident in saying that if you let the surroundings calm you're mind, you'll find yourself drifting into conversion with someone likeminded. From there, the wind and maybe the bus will take to unexplored nooks and crannies. I sincerely hope you enjoy the next ride you're fellow passenger:
