Hi to all that see this reviews. Please do not go to this store to fix your phone. First of all they do a horrible job fixing phones. In top that it gets worst they are so rude and nasty to their customer especially Frank. I called to speak to them about the damage that happened on the phone that they fixed the very next day and the guy was so rude he even hand up the phone on me he didn’t want to hear it. He must of had a bad day. Being a business he wasn’t professional at all. If you don’t want to loose your money don’t go to this store.

Customer service are very rude and disrespectful you were the one who started with your attitude first and assume that I'm supposed to suck up your attitude I was trying to ask you a question and told you I didn't understand and you wanted to keep going with your attitude and no I didn't cuss you out someone else did because they heard how you were talking to me so with that being said you guys suck and at this point it has nothing to do with the phone being broken I paid for you to fix it there should be no reason why the phone glitching out and then when I call you about it you talking about I can bring it in and you can see what you can do if the screen is broke I'd have to pay for it again no I shouldn't have to pay for anything the screen is not broken it's not smashed you guys I paid for it to be fixed so you guys need to fix it the right way you going to say I could bring it in and you guys going to see what you can do what you should do is fix it the right way when you got paid for it in the first place

Took my phone here after breaking my screen and they had me fixed in an hour and a half. Absolutely no hassle and the staff was extremely kind to me and my kids. Definitely coming back if I need anything else!

I had the unfortunate satisfaction of dealing with these people when I first arrived with the phone they told me it was one thing come to find out they charged me to fix that particular thing and the phone was still unavailable so they decided to not call me and just start swapping parts on it leaving me with a phone bill much higher than a whole new phone. They do not know what they're doing their work is based on assumptions and dude is really rude I don't know how this place is still open, this guy is just scamming customers left and right by giving thoughts diagnostics and then doing the extra work without calling the customer if you refuse to pay for it he will keep your phone and call the police and say you are trying to assault them so anybody in the Springfield area or any other cities around beware of this

I called to get a quote. They said I was a scammer and hung up on me. I asked about replacing a iPhone screen. I call back to get the quote. The person on the line sounds annoyed . Is short and rude. So I hang up. They proceed to call me back and tell me not to be rude. I want to speak to the owner but they won’t pick up. This is beyond rude and weird.
Do not go to this place !!!!!
***** update so I left a vm for the manager or owner to call me back. So instead of actually getting back to me the person that was rude to me gave my number to one of his little friends and had them call me to pretend to be a manager. That person was unprofessional and sounded like a a very young child.This is the weirdest interaction I have ever had with a company do not do business with these people as they are NOT professional
