From beginning to end everything was perfect. The staff took good care of my baby and extended to me with knowledge and care for my dog of wat to do when I with her in the airplane. The veterinary was patient with her and gave some helpful tips. Thank you

It's awesome how they tell you that u are going to get ur prescription WITH ur pet summary yet no prescription and ABSOLUTELY REFUSES TO GIVE ONE WITHOUT ANOTHER APPT EVEN WITG PROOF OF APPOINTMENT ON SEPT 30TH WITH PET RECORDS AND BLOOD WORK RESULTSWish I could attach the records for proof but you don't allow pictures

Take my dog there and they fo everything, bloodwork. Shots, tell me they are going to send me my prescription in my email with my consent and blood work results. Get email no script. Now they are refusing to give me the script after all that money spent even though I sent them the paperwork with her lab results. Not to mention they tell me to use a script that I already filled 4 months ago when I got my other dog vaccinated and got that I purchased in store but that is too low of a dose considering weis' script is for up to 50lbs and Sarah's should be over because she is 60lbs shows right on her paper work

The most disgusting place on earth. I already normally go elsewhere for pet supplies, but I was shopping in the same plaza so I went to this Petco to save a little time. I was punched in the face with the smell of pee as soon as I was standing in front of their door. I was gonna grab some cat food and browse the cat furniture--Forget It! I grabbed a few essential cans of food to get by the rest of the weekend and I couldn't get out of there fast enough because the smell was embedding into my nasal cavity. But as a made my way past one of their disgusting employees as she made out with a dirty bunny from their diseased cages, a ferret caught my eye. It caught my eye because it was clearly dead, while the other ferrets were running and playing all over him and he didn't move, flinch or breathe. As I stared, my husband said, "let's get out of here."Kiss the dirty bunny all you want: people who actually care about animals could never work here. Just the cups and cups of cheap, dead or dying betta fish alone would have me quitting the first day. No life should be sold that cheap. And Betta's may be small but they can grow to love you and miss you when you're away. Yet they are sold like they are the cheapest and easiest thing to buy for your ugly kids to kill within a week, when actually they need some attention and not so cheap supplies. But I digress...

My dog is nine years old. I take him to Petco to get his nails trimmed because I figured a "professional" would do it better than I could. Today my father took my dog and didn't realize until he dropped him off that there was blood all over his truck and now all over my carpets and floors because the groomer cut one of his nails way too short. It's been bleeding for 3 hours. Even though it's a dark nail anyone can see that it's way too short. All the other nails are a lot longer so she clearly wasn't paying attention when she was cutting that nail. He's a nervous wreck and I'm trying to get him to calm down. I am so disappointed in Petco, this is not okay. Petco did not answer when I tried to call and notify them. The second pic is of the blood still coming out after 3 hours. I guess we won't be going for walks anytime soon either. Thanks for nothing Petco

Absolutely no care is given for living animals when they are in the groomers at this petco. They leave a dog chained up by its neck on a table by a 4 inch chain to go answer the phone to make another sale instead of finishing the current dog that is being groomed. Not sure why the phone was answered while my dog was up on the table considering when I called to make her appointment no one picked up the phone and I had to leave a voicemail and someone called me back. We had to ask the groomers to unchain my dog and remove her as we walked up on her struggling and we're worried for her safety. They clipped only 2 back paws and we left. We also still payed in full for the service.

I booked 2 vets appointments a week prior and they cancelled 8 hours before the appointment for no reason not even a 24 hour notice now my mom and her dog could be evicted because the wait for another clinic with shots is booked minimum 2 weeks away from today

Manager gave us wrong details on our chameleon the first one was too young and this one he almost got killed by giving thw wrong details of its needs. Chameleon we have rn is near death cant see anymore for the moment and extremely weak
