He has always been professional, though very easy to talk with, and caring to BOTH pets and their owners. He takes the time to explain the procedures, and allows one the personal time with the deceased. He and his wife Linda are angels when one needs them the most.

He has a vast amount of knowledge on all breeds and their idiosyncrasies. He was very good with my Great Dane and terrier mix. His approach is tailored to the individual dog which also makes his training more effective. Thank you Robert!

Stepped into Irish Ale House for the very first time, feeling like a newbie in a cozy Irish haven. I plop down at the bar and tell the bartender, the stunning Toni, “Be gentle with me – it’s my first rodeo here. Menu, please?” She fires back with a grin and a laugh: “I’m not that kind of girl, and I’m not known for being gentle – LOL!” Instant icebreaker, and from there, it was smooth sailing (or should I say, smooth pouring?).
Tony’s service was top-notch – attentive without hovering, quick with recommendations, and just the right amount of wit to make the whole vibe feel like catching up with an old friend. When the kitchen dropped my classic American cheeseburger, I was floored. Juicy patty, melty cheese, all the fixings hitting that perfect balance – outstanding doesn’t even cover it. Paired with a crisp ale from the taps, it was pure pub perfection.
If you’re in Springfield and craving great food, better banter, and a spot that feels like home, hit up Irish Ale House. Tony and the crew nailed it – I’ll be back for round two (and probably begging for “gentle” treatment again). Cheers! ??

Their burgers are beyond delicious — perfectly stacked with incredible flavor in every bite. And don’t even think about skipping the sweet potato tots… they’re an absolute must! Our waitress, Tammy, was fantastic! She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and made our visit truly enjoyable.
In my opinion, this place is hands down better than Five Guys. Highly recommend! ?✨

So we walked right in..?Someone im assuming the owner or manager was very apologetic and mentioned she updated Google So now it should say its closed Mondays. . She was so sweet for us coming and not being able to dine there she gave us a gift certificate for 2 . We went tonight. The food was so good. Had amazing flavor. Alot of variety and the staff was professional and friendly. The atmosphere was spot on. We can wait to go again ?
