I have never had any issues with M & T Bank and the employees are very helpful, great customers service always willing to go that extra mile. I been with this bank since it was called Webster bank so I been with the bank for many years now and no regrets. Nataly and James are my two main people to go.

Terrible bank. They started charging me a service fee. No notice, I had plenty of money in the account, still the same type of account when they use to be united bank. Also got tired of the change over to new bank names. The app is terrible. Not user friendly and you have to go into a bank in person to do anything. Took all my.momey out and they are still charging me a service fee. Do not bank with them. You're better off with TD or any other bank.

Yahaira is the rudest person there. She has a nasty attitude and needs a job where she’s not working with the public. I personally refuse to deal with that monster again. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use this bank.

Save yourself the trouble. Run, and run far away from this and all M&T bank branches. I went from Webster, to United, to Peoples United and now M&T. All of these changes were due to bank buy outs. The transition to M&T from People United has been 100% unacceptable. I was lied to countless times by folks at this specific branch, and customer service from M&T is absolutely useless. My direct deposits still have not been corrected. I have not recieved one of my pay checks in over a month. M&T is doing nothing - WHERE IS MY MONEY??

Had me waiting for a very long time in the drive thru, to verify a $1,500 check! Gave them to forms of ID one being federal and still, a long wait and made me feel like I was doing something wrong to cash a check with them ?ZERO STARS it doesn’t take 20 minutes to verify a check

Went there Saturday and deposited my 600.00 gov/check...I find out it won't clear until Tuesday!!!!..the only thing that they are stimulating is my anger..take the people out of ur name .and go back to United bank...because you are not doing anything for the PEOPLE ..outrageous...

Ya I'll pretty much go far out of my way rather than go to this one, employees are rude and rather slow at what they do compared to any other bank or location literally anywhere.

Drive thru took 20-25 minutes a person for three days in a row, if you have this many people coming, hire more people to do the second window please, they should not have even bothered merging, not to mention I haven’t been able to access my online account for two months now, this bank is a joke and doesn’t care at all.
