Worst customer service ever. Walked in at 4:30 PM to open an account and was told too busy make an appointment when they are doing absolutely nothing in this branch but sitting around and twiddling their thumbs. Do not take your business here

It is a trustworthy bank. Very good service and treatment. Ample parking, wheelchair accessible, wide doors and corridors with easy access. There was no line. We resolved quickly.

While the tellers are nice and seem to be trying their best, wait times are extremely long. I'm definitely going to change banks as a result. It isn't the tellers' fault but the management's. They are busy at lunch time because people go during their breaks. However, the bank employees also take their lunch breaks at the same time and so there is a shortage of teller. Bad for business. Management is never around during busy times of the day.

I been with this bank for 10+ years this is the first time I ever had a problem with them. If I could give it zero star I would. I don't recommend getting a account here like when you get your online statement it shows it but then it erases out if the system so if you trying to prove something to someone you won't have the proof. They are basically stealing your money and they won't do anything to fix the problem.

Don't trust the bank dont trust the tellers. $1000 min. daily balance for a free checking account is not a good deal. I opened an account only to close it after less than a months time. Just go anywhere else. Zero stars if possible.

I joined this bank 4+ years ago. They were magnificent then. Fast, efficient, incredibly friendly. Within this past year I've come back to my “home†branch & it is the worst service I've ever received. The tellers are incredibly slow & they don't acknowledge it. Accuracy is important but so is speed. Customers time is just as important. I waited over 5 minutes at the drive up window without any assistance. Then additional minutes for what should have been a quick deposit. There were 3 people behind the line from what I could see and only one customer in the bank. What happened to the customer service here?
