I was flagged down by someone who told me my rear lights weren’t fully working. I called the Liberty Street O’Reilly store and explained the problem and also explained that I physically needed help to fix the issue. Kyle, the guy that helped me, couldn’t have been more helpful! Not only did he replace the bulb(s), he took my $$$ and brought me the receipt. And when I tried to tip him he refused! O’Reilly Auto Parts has a new customer! ???
