Yes I highly recommend it I always get my parts from the parts of way better than any other auto parts place and you can get most of the parts that you need from them you don't have to go to like three or four different Auto Parts to get the Parts you need yes I highly.

Was looking for something in specific but the young lady that tried to help me had no knowledge of what i was talking about...not that she is a female but i think that anyone male or female who work for any of these type of companies should go through a training period about the products they sell...not that they will know eventhing right away but within time become more aware and knowledgeable about what a customer is looking for...So, 1 star for a small attempt because she walked to the aisle with me...

Quick story I drove from Cincinnati to Holyoke, Ma to do an installation job which went pretty good. On my way back, the day before my birthday, I decided to hit the road headed back home to celebrate with my friends and family. That’s when things went down hill, our truck start sputtering and losing power so I pull over and search the nearest Autozone which was 12 minutes away, when I pull up to use the diagnostic tool I was informed that it was stolen but to check O’reilly’s next door. So I sputter my way there. Once inside I was greeted by Jerry who came out hooked up the tool and gave a few codes so he started researching the issues. Then steps in Jose who came outside gave it a look and said “your spark plug popped out, just put it back and you should be good”. I informed him that I’m not good with tune-up and asked if I can pay him to put it in, which he informed me that he can not since he is on the clock and can’t risk his job. I told him our situation and he said he has prior obligations and but he can’t put them on hold if we could wait 45 minutes on him to get off. We waited and the rain waited as well because as soon as he came out the door it started to sprinkle. He popped it in and we were back on our way to Cincinnati. So Thank you Jose and Jerry for helping us get home.
