“Update 2/9/22 : still good, lots of shelves close to empty but I found what I was looking for. Seems like all local stores have the empty shelves so I wasn't surprised to see this Walmart affected. Otherwise, everything still ok here, clean, organized and friendly staff.....Not one of the biggest stores but they have a very good selection on hand and the staff are friendly and helpful. This location is very convenient for me but wish it was a full size "Super store" but all in all it is very good.”

“Veronica was EXTREMELY helpful today as I have hand injuries, I asked for help and without hesitation she stopped what she was doing and helped me figure out what food was best for my cat! After giving me advice on cat food, she lifted the 50lbs of food into my cart and then 40lbs of cat litter. She then offered to bring it to my car and unload it into my trunk. I'm LITTER-ally beyond grateful for this employee.”

“In the beginning Smithland had everything imaginable, now, ugh, not so much. I never thought I'd say this.... considering Smithland had low prices, but they've continued to increase their prices astronomically, A.W.Browns is now my go to place! Sorry Smithland, reduce your prices by 30 percent and restock everything you used to carry and I'd consider returning, until then, have a nice bankruptcy!”

“I highly recommend Carey’s Flowers!!I had a beautiful delivery done on Valentine’s Day from my wife that she arranged with Carey‘s flowers.The delivery person was so nice and made it extra special when he knocked on the door holding the 2 arrangements and plant!My wife told me Dawn was extra helpful over the phone helping her decide the best plant and rose arrangement for me! They even designed a cute basket for our daughters!I just wanted to thank Carey’s flowers for making Valentine’s Day extra special this year for myself and my girls!Also I’d love to mention, a full week after the delivery and these roses still look absolutely stunning!”

“I enjoy checking out the plants at home depot every few weeks. Nice variety, good prices but, sadly, usually overwatered. It’s rather sad that they toss plants rather than discount them when in need of a little rehab. As for home repair items and gadgets, I generally shop at local hardware stores instead of big box stores.”

“We went to the Westfield MA Home Depot to purchase a Christmas lawn decoration and a special light module. We met Susan and she was very knowledgeable and friendly and knew just what we needed and found it for us. We could not find the Christmas decoration so she helped us with that too. She had to get another associat, Angelo to help with this because they did not have any in the store. Together they were able to find one at another store. We then went to the service desk where Susan and Sharon were able to call the other store and the associat there personally made sure they had one and set it aside for us to pick up the next day. We were very impressed with the friendly and professional service. We wish there were more people like this Home Depot should be very glad to have such wonderful employees ❤”

“I had purchased a Tuff Shed this summer through Home Depot. It is time to insulate it and finish it out. While all stores have the fiberglass R13 insulation for the 16”OC 2x4 walls, none have the insulation for the 24”OC 2x4 roofs. Olivia at the service desk was very helpful today tracking down answers for my question about product availability. I came in during my lunch break and some of my questions about installation and possible alternatives could not be answered by the staff on hand. I provided my name and number to Olivia and she relayed it to Randy who called me back within the hour. Randy answer all of my questions and came up with some available and cost effective alternative ideas working around the current shortage in fiberglass shortage”

The installers were professional and very good to work with. The counter top installers were unable to get to my home twice due to road work but they handled the rescheduling without a problem. Mike gently offered to cut with a saw the wood , in order the cubs can have it simple to build some sailing ships. While doing his work Mike was very patient to explain some of the materials as well as safety measures a wood worker need to have in consideration. “Let me preface this by saying (no offense to hardware stores) but I think these are the most boring stores in the world. BUT! This Home Depot location gets five stars because they let in dogs. Which is great. Not sure if all of them do but this one does. Went shopping for blinds today for my brother's new place, and the worker who helped us was nice and knew what he was doing so that worked for us. I don't remember what his name was--sorry!! Stopping in the bathroom with my daughter to change her diaper and wow! This bathroom is the cleanest bathroom I've EVER seen in any store, anywhere. I even commented that to my mother and she laughed, it was great! Cashing out, had no problem doing so. The only issue that I had, was that my mom was looking around and at the register next to us, there was a couple who was arguing and all she did was GLANCE in their direction and the male told her to "mind your own f***ing business". THAT is not acceptable. I understand that the establishment itself has nothing do to with how a customer speaks, but still. That's not cool.”

“This location has a variety of Plants! The place is clean and the atmosphere is calm. The establishment is very large. The employees are so friendly and attentive! The plant varieties are excellent! The plants are cared for and protected.For the month of December I had a small plant party with my friends and I prepared the table with plants and I was able to decorate them effectively with the plants from this store. Everything turned out beautiful!”
