Brought my Dolphin pool cleaning robot to Namco on Boston rd in Springfield and was helped by Paul. We was amazing and he helped me get it fixed and running again with no problem. I highly recommend if you have an issue with your Dolphin robot to bring it there and ask for Paul!! Two thumbs up and five stars for you Paul!!

Awesome customer service!!! Update I have been in and out of this store several times in the past week and each time was met with very professional staff and they were also patient. I would definitely recommend and will definitely go to them for all my pool needs!

Shane and Paul were great. The o-ring on the pool went. They were very helpful and even stayed past closing a few minutes until I could get there to pick up the new one. Great customer service and recommend it for any pool supplies or thinking of getting one.

Excellent service today by Paul and can't remember the other two. Maybe Hannah and Howard. Anyway. Paul was excellent. Walked right in. He walked right up and he knew exactly what we needed and got it right away. Very professional. Beautiful clean store with excellent service.

The staff at this store is so pleasant and patient. Very professional and knowledgeable. I left feeling confident about what steps I needed to take to treat my pool. Just goes to show if you have the right Manager modeling good customer service, the staff will follow suit. Highly recommend the Springfield, MA location!

Bought our pool. Paid Namco for the install. Filled the pool tail end of August last year. Immediately started to notice sink spots at the bottom of the pool. Over the winter list half the water that was in there. Come spring fill it back up to measure how much water I was losing and it’s about an inch a week.Call the retail store and corporate. They blame the weather, oh it must have been from the freezing temperatures. Fully explaining how the coarse of events have played out. They still do nothing to offer a fix, other than a $100 discount on a new liner.How can I trust this business now? I paid for a service and product and that failed. Now I’m met with just throwing more money at a problem they fail to address.

I have been shopping for a hot tub and have recently visited this location to check their offerings vs other companies I have already visited. My experience there with a gentleman by the name of Howard was by far the best experience I have had out of all the places I have been so far. His knowledge was fantastic! When the time is right, I will be definitely be going here to make my purchase.
