JC is the best !! I came. In because my phone was acting very slow and took me forever to figure it out and she helped me clear up storage and helped me fins a new phone in my budget . Need more people like her

I went to this store for a charging problem with one of my phones and Mimi help solve that problem and then help me purchase a new phone through my metro plan. This store is always good to me and Mimi was a big help. Great customer service with MetroPCS.

Tops down the best customer service and I got a good deal for a crisis that I was in. My iphoneX sudden decided to have its battery go from 80% to 1% and not hold charge, the manger hooked me up and I got a good iPhone deal and even when my SIM card wasn’t working on my phone after I left the store and I ran back in from vet hospital i work at the female working there was awesome and fixed my phone why I was trying to catch my breath from not taking my asthmetic self serious haha.

Sam, Ruby and Rich were and always have been so awesome to me. I appreciate there customer service skills and then some. I pay my phone bill every month ins store and everyone's always so kind and informative. I love this location. It's convenient, it's literally 2 seconds from my house and the staff is always wonderful. If I could give them 1,000 ⭐ I would. Love my metro peeps. Thank you again Sam for helping me to lower my bill with the ACP program. I really appreciate you more than you'll ever know. ?

Only one person working there. Been here twice today and employee she dismissed everyone in line stating she would take 30 + minutes with customer. Very poor service. Time to find new store and even new provider. Thank you for the time in reading.
