Cashier with negative attitude, coughing without a mask and the touching the groceries. That's without a doubt NASTY . I mean really what is she trying to do get everyone else sick . It's obvious that their is baby management.. will I go back .. I don't know. I got grossed out......

The manager treated me like my concern and his time was more important gave his back to me when I was talking to him made me feel like my words of concerns where not valid and only his time was precious I will find another meat store might be nobody but lost a loyal customer

This place is TRASH. And the pervert of a manager SAMUEL MEDINA, should let someone else take over this business because he is running it to the GROUND. He lets his employees attack customers and when they get beat up he takes it into his own hands not to remove his employee &use manly force on the attacked.. Also watch it begin through cameras when everything could've been avoided. I've been going here for YEARS but after Friday I will never step foot in there again and I will be pursuing this legally. Not to mention they're ridiculous prices for low quality products taking advantage of the poor community relying on This store to deliver trustworthy product instead they sell expired stuff and smelly meat. If I could give 0 stars I would.

A great neighborhood supermarket. extremely clean with a good selection of Spanish food and other Ethnic cultures and food and special supplies at super low prices . A lot of fresh meat and quality products.

I go to this market to buy latin products that I can't find in my town but I won't be going there for a very long time after today. Walking into a place of business where the people aren't following COVID guidelines; owners, employees and customers alike, wasn't something I expected in an area where it's known to be a hotspot for COVID infections. Medina's Supermarket is a staple of the Spanish community in Springfield and towns nearby therefore it should try to represent and protect the good of our community and one of them is to set the example for the rest to follow but if the only thing they're willing to do is to post a paper stating that masks are required to enter, I guess I'll have to take my business elsewhere.

This has to be one of the trashiest Spanish markets I've had the misfortune to visit. An employee told us the iceberg lettuce was 1.29 when we go to the cash register they wanted to charge us 3.89... 3.89 for a head of iceberg lettuce is it made out of gold?? The market in general needs a good pressure washing to get all the grime and dirt off the walls, dear God in heaven what an embarrassment to the Latin culture...

With how much money they make you'd think they would update the floor thats falling apart and the nasty smell thats been there since 92. The owner should smile more. Looking like btk killer as it is. He should be more friendly. Always has a face and is very very rude. Not inviting at all.
