Pleasant and patient; knew what they were doing, were honest and willing to rip the bandage off when it came to what was likely to happen with repairs of my vehicle. AMAZING ALL AROUND! Great communication. Gary, the owner, contacted me directly & was always happy to answer any questions. His staff is FABULOUS too! Would give 6 stars if I could. Above and beyond! Customer Service at The Office great, Bob and Gary but The Auto body Technician that work on my Black MDX it's not have any idea How to Buff a Black Color paint. After two Time worked in my Car all I saw was Wet Sand Paper MARKS. FIRST time i noticed it Bring it back ,the tech went too Deep with the Wet sand paper or the Buffer machine . Resulting with more marks over the Bumper and my Back quarter panel .I was Really disappointed than I not even want to bring it back.

Been going There since I was a kid and now my kids go there we've bought in my son's 1st car there I bought my 1st car there and if you ever have any accidents they are so perfecthey are so professional they do such a great job unfortunately I've had my share of accidents they know you're going through a stressful time they're very helpful, friendly ,.. I love this place!! I wouldn't go anywhere else!
