MWFD has been the best preschool choice for our girl. The staff/teachers are so warm and welcoming. You know when you drop your kiddo off, they will have lots of fun and activities that are so appropriate and important for their development, getting them rocking’ and ready for Kindergarten. We recommend MWFD to all families looking for a preschool in the surrounding spfld towns.

5 stars! My 3 year old currently attends and we love it! I have toured plenty of pre-schools to say this school is the best. The children follow a routine and the school is usually quiet for it being a pre-school! There are less than 10 kids in my daughter’s class as some don’t attend daily, which gives the teachers time to dedicate one on one attention. There is always something fun and educational planned. We bring home arts and crafts all the time. The teachers are so sweet!! They are all caring and have positive attitudes. The progress report that we received half-way through the year was very comprehensive. I could go on and on…love love love!

Honestly the best place you can send your child for early development! Our son was in a pretty horrendous daycare prior to Ducklings, and from his first day at Ducklings, he has been THRIVING. His teachers are wonderful, every staff member knows his name and cares for him, and Rachel, the director, is absolutely phenomenal! If you have the chance to join this community, do it! Our son just turned 2 and his pediatrician is so impressed at how he is academically operating at a 3-year old level, and it’s completely because of this program!

Great teachers and loving atmosphere for our most precious kids. I sent my daughter there 23 years ago. I thought it was great then and it's even better now. I would highly recommend this preschool to get your child off to a successful start for school.

Honestly the best investment you could ever make for your young children and worth every penny. Every teacher and staff member here are incredible. They go above and beyond for the children and care so much for each one of them individually. Somehow the amazing director always seems to find the very best educators for little people. Many of which have been there for years but the newer staff members are just as wonderful. My boys, now 9 and 7 both attended for several years and we are now back for our third child. If you are in the area and looking for a preschool, this is the absolute best place for your child to thrive socially, academically, and emotionally in their early years.

All three of our children currently attend Make Way For Ducklings and we love it. The director and teachers work so hard making it a loving learning environment. Each month is full of activities to keep the kids interested. It’s been a huge positive in our family’s life. We cannot recommend this school enough.

We are SO happy that we chose Make Way For Ducklings for our daughter's preschool year. Her teacher and all the helpers are teaching her so much, and we can see her flourishing after just one month at Ducklings. Everyone is so friendly - it's a real family environment. We can't wait to pick her up every day and hear all about what a great day she had. Kudos to Ms. Rachel for running an outstanding school. We highly recommend Ducklings to anyone looking for a preschool to prepare your child for Kindergarten.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Make Way for Ducklings. From the moment I met Ms. Rachel and toured the school, I knew this was the place for my family and there was no going back. I often describe it to family and friends as magical. My twins have learned and grown in ways I never would’ve expected - from their letters and numbers, to being a kind friend, to learning how to put on and even zipper their own coats. I love all of the projects and activities they do. Every single day at least one teacher (many of whom my children have never even had as a main teacher!) tell me how valued my children are there. It is the preschool experience I dreamed of for my kids and more!

A hidden gem! The teachers are amazing - supportive and kind. The classrooms are small enough so kids get enough individual attention. Our son has absolutely thrived in this environment, not only in his early academics, but in his sense of socialization. To say this during a pandemic is no small feat.The environment the staff has created is top notch. Their focus on inclusivity and kindness are much needed in our world today. We can’t wait to send our daughter here when she’s older. So blessed to be part of the ? family!

Entire staff is amazing. All three of our kids have loved their ? experience. The entire staff treat every child as their own. Hidden gem in the western MA region. As someone who has been involved in schools for over two decades, feel good in your selection of this school for your child/children.

This is one of the best schools around. My daughter doesn’t only come home telling me about the math or science she’s learning but also the kindness and inclusion. There’s about 8 kids in her class give or take. Great teachers. And great administrators. You really can’t lose with them.
