We've come here for quite a while and it used to be our go to garage but something has changed, maybe new owners. The last few times have been such a bad experience. Drop off car for a checkup, no call. Call around 4,415 and it goes straight to VM. Finally get a hold of them and they say we have to race there from work just to find out they havent looked at it. They keep the car for so long with no communication. It's happened over and over again and we were really patient but this was the last time. Dropped car off. Went to pick up after no communication again and they still hadn't looked at it. It's really lacking in basic courtesy. If you set an appointment for a car to be looked at, then you should keep it and communicate the status. If you are really busy, just put people off for longer. We had both cars fixed and one started having new problems after the fix. We were hoping they would fix it but we don't have time for the games.

I like Glendale garage because the people there and the workers are very nice and friendly and they explain to you what is wrong with your car before they do it and they take care of your car and a timely manner and are very helpful I have been dealing with Lindale garage for many years and have always enjoyed their work and Company

Won't ever patronize Lyndale again. I brought my truck in for an oil leak and a second leak. They told me I needed a new oil cooler assembly. I said ok. Got my truck back with both leaks still leaking. They charged me almost $1000. I called and complained when I realized I was ripped off. Fast forward a few months. I brought my truck to the Nissan dealer to repair the leak. They told me the oil cooler seal is leaking. I told them how Lyndale supposedly fixed the oil cooler. When I crawled under the truck myself to check the leak, I quickly realized Lyndale never really replaced the oil cooler. $1000 was basically stolen from me. The problem with these repair shops is they think people don't know mechanics and can't tell when they've been ripped off. I have a mechanical background working in power plants. I should of inspected their work, but I trusted them and they scammed me. Lesson learned

I took my car to Lyndale Garage and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. All the staff were incredibly kind and helpful from the moment I walked in. They took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure I understood what needed to be. It's rare to find such a friendly and professional team, I highly recommend them to anyone in need of car repairs or maintenance!

The best thing about this place is the "shuttle" service it provides. Voice mails have been left and emails have been sent. Both in regards to issues that have not been resolved. I recommend everyone to wait for vehicle and inspect what was completed. More to come.

I went in for Mass inspection and Lyft inspection. The guy there was patient, honest and efficient. I would recommend going there for that service.

Staff was amicable, however, have had to return several times to get job done. And need to return for issues with work done.

First time I have gone to have my car state inspection somewhere besides Valvoline in 7 years. I was in the area and decided to try it. The gentleman doing the inspections was wonderful, personable, professional and it was clear he was a very hard worker. I absolutely recommend them!
