I try to head to local stores for most of my garden and yard needs, but occasionally, only Lowe's will do. I enjoy walking through in the morning and seeing the birds and the bees on their side variety of plants and flowers. They generally have all the basic fencing, pavers, mulch, and landscaping materials in stock and usually have a good sized staff out there. Stop in and check it out, especially the sales at the end of the growing season. You can pick up great deals and plant them to reap the rewards next year.

Let me start by saying Ben at customer service is awesome! He had a huge line but just kept working through it. Made sure everyone was taken care of. Now the three star rating is because of the management staff. Every time I hear a request for management at this Lowe's, the manager drags his or her feet. Customer Service needed money added to the drawer to refund me and management stayed in the office and told them to wait. While this is happening the line is just building. This is not the first time I had bad dealings with Lowe's management. I ordered a stove online and the website said it was available at this store for pickup, but the site was incorrect. We could have ordered it that same day for 50 dollars less but we wanted it right away. We told the manager this and he advised we should no have ordered online and they were not going to price match. So we just kept the order. Two weeks later the stove is still not in and they tell us they do not know when it will be in. We speak to another manager and he tells us to just cancel the order. Again Ben at customer service was awesome. I wrote all of this while in line waiting for management to bring the money for my refund.
