Possibly the worst-managed Lowe's in the country. They changed the delivery date on my bulk order from the next day (Monday) to Friday. They would not take back 5 unopened cases of porcelain tile that they still had in stock. They also no longer do phone sales. So if you're in construction your workers cannot pick up materials unless they have your card. Good thing there's a HOME DEPOT 5 minutes down the same street. The management is reflected in the attitudes of the people who work here. They don't care about customer service.

They sell a lot of products, but they don’t install a lot of what they sell. The flooring department took great care of me. Other than that department service was not good and management didn’t care.

The people at the pro desk, I believe their names were Paul and Angel were awesome. Super helpful, polite and knowledgeable, however this is where the greatness ends at this particular lowes. Try to get help anywhere else in the whole store and you'll be left with horrible attitude and rudeness. The electrical personel was the worst. I asked if an item was possibly in the overhead? The response was yelling "if you dont see it on the shelf Then I don't got it obviously"while walking away. As a contractor who spends a considerable amount of time and money on materials at these places ; my business will be taken elsewhere other than times when the competitors don't have what I need. I'm a contractor....by default I'm rough around the edges and can deal with a lot of attitude but this place just needs an overhaul. I can't imagine being a homeowner and trying to get some help at a store with this many bad attitudes in it.

Have never written a review on a Lowe’s or Home Depot before but this is the single worst Lowe’s in the country. Bad enough for me to drive twice as far from the job I’m on to go to the Home Depot instead so that I don’t have to spend 20 minutes looking for a sheet material cart. All of the lumber and Sheetrock isles are lined with carts full of material that just hasn’t been put back for absolutely no reason as far as I can tell. Unbelievably frustrating. Working for a GC we use Home Depot and Lowe’s as a quick easy we forgot in the main order kind of store. Place sucks seriously bad just go to the Home Depot down the street you won’t have any of those issues. On top of that they’re charging $18 for a single metal stud which is pretty much a 2x markup. Will not be returning.

I had a paint peeling problem so I asked for so.e advice about painting. The guy working in painting helped me buy the rite sprayer and paint the the season. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks Lowes

Trying to talk to a representative been on phone for 40 min and no one has answered and when it sounds like someone getting ready to answer they just put me back on hold. Terrible experience

Very helpful staff. Immediately greeted upon entering the store and asked if I needed help. Directed me to the items I was looking for AND went and got a cart for me. Even though it was minutes before closing, no one tried to throw me out? I really appreciated that and apologized for my late arrival to the store

I needed a new dishwasher. I went in on Saturday night at 8:00 p.m. the appliance department and was met by Jennifer. After telling her my frustrations with my new old two and a half year old dishwasher that died I asked for some recommendations and she led me to a unit that I feel well. At least get me another two and a half years. These appliances overall have taken a wrong turn from what the manufacturer is used to build 30 years ago. But I strongly recommend going to see Jennifer if you need a new appliance.

Had a delivery from this store four weeks ago and was shorted some items. Was able to talk to the store manager the next day who was to have the delivery manager contact me. After a week of waiting I called the store again and was able to talk to someone in deliveries. They said they would take care of the missing items. Three weeks later I have yet to receive the items or hear from anyone. Called the store yet again (multiple times) and am unable to speak to anyone except the Customer Service desk associate (who was great). She even offered to put me through to the store manager, who of course, did not answer their extension either. Doesn’t seem to be a Lowe’s corporate email to contact them either. Call them and just get out in contact with the store.

Jennifer also known as Jen who works in the appliance section and is the specialist for that department was extremely rude. Went in for a dryer , checked online and showed 4 on hand. Jen was working with a customer so I was standing by for about 15 mins . She asked what I needed and I showed her which dryer & without even checking she said “ yup we don’t have that , it will be 7-10 days before you can get one.” Then Josh which I believe is the supervisor for the garden center happened to walk by and was extremely nice and went out back to check for the dryer . He found the one I was looking for and told me it showed 4 on hand . He then brought the dryer out to Jen so it could be invoiced and at that time she rolled her eyes and had an attitude . It never fails when I come to this store something like this happens . Also Josh was nice enough to load the new dryer on to my truck . All I have to say is , if you don’t like your job then maybe you should move on to something else .

This Lowe's always seems understaffed. I had to call the customer service desk 10 minutes after going to the service desk to get help. Luckily, after explaining this and waiting another five minutes the associate who took my call came to check on me and got me some help (items were 20ft up on the top shelf). It's pretty rare to bump into someone who cares at these big box stores, so that was nice.

Can never find a person to help me find what I need. Stood in the kitchen area hoping to get information on a kitchen renovation with no one in sight. Stood around for 15 minutes. Then, decided not to waste anymore time.
