My experience at the E.Longmeadow was very professional. I was helped by a young lady named Delilah who was very helpful and friendly. She answered all my questions and described the products in detail. I will definitely use Louis& Clark again for my medical equipment needs.

Every detail of your prescription order has to be micro managed from ordering to delivery. If you don't , they seem to find a way of totally messing up your order. This is a serious concern when you have to place your order one day in advance. You have to call about every detail, seriously, every, single ,one! Even the ones you couldn't possibly foresee. Their computer system doesn't even seem to work correctly, or someone is mesing with it, but, no matter it is never their fault, is it ? My no! Most recent example. I had a prescription with one refill left, according to their own bottle. It had last been filled on 6 /20 I went ahead and ordered the one refill remaining for 7/20 it did not arrive so I called and asked to speak to a pharmacist. She told me what I was reading to her from the bottle right in my hand was impossible, and even implied that I was lying. She told me to bring the bottle in to prove it ,at which point I became quite angry. I explained that I have my prescriptions delivered because I don't drive. She suggested that I take a taxi. That would be about $35.00 each way, just so she could look upon the bottle with bovine wonderment. I got off the phone with her, cooled down for a few minutes called back, and asked to speak with the most senior person on the premises. I talked with her, and finally they found the "mistake".it was theirs she admitted, finally, and she promised to call my doctor first thing. We shall see. Since I don't trust much of what they say I am writing this at 4:39 am I have to stay up you see ,to make sure anything actually gets done tomorrow by them, as I said, this isn't my first rodeo with these people, and I fear that if I don't call my doctor's office bright and early it may not get done. This is the way they operate at Lois and Clarke, atleast, since I have been using them for two very, very long years.

I've been dealing with Lois & Clark in Easthampton for about 3 years it's constantly problems I have to call them and ask them to refill her monthly equipment supply orders last month I assumed cuz there was a change made that we weren't getting certain things so I spent $156 out of her Social Security money and then just found out today that she was supposed to have them called the place and it's oops sorry about that unfortunately depending on your insurance they're your only option but it's very stressful to deal with them very poor business people they also should understand you're dealing with chronically long-term sick people they don't make anything easier for the families that's for sure

I tried stopping at this pharmacy on my way to work, and they were not open both times at 9:00 a.m. I went a third time, and the pharmacist was walking in carrying his coffee and breakfast in a bag at two minutes after nine. They finally opened, and I went in to discover that they don't have thyroid medicine. What pharmacy doesn't carry thyroid medicine? Not impressed to say the least.
