I went to Lorilil to look at watches for my 40th birthday. Chris and Victor went above and beyond to explain the process of buying a Rolex, answered all my questions and reached out to me with updates. They called me as soon as the watch arrived and took the time to make sure it fit right and that I knew how to operate and care for it. Their customer service is excellent and would recommend them to anyone.

I stopped into Lorilil Jewelers last week to browse watches following a recent promotion at work. Although it was later in the afternoon getting close to closing time, Chris and Victor were very welcoming and Chris spent a good bit of time showing me pieces and talking through options. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, and I received a follow-up call a couple days later to confirm my interests. I look forward to working with Chris and the Lorilil team going forward, and would highly recommend to anyone looking for jewelry or luxury timepieces.

Today March 2nd, 2023 I visited the store and had a great experience. Chris took the time to talk to me about all the watches even though they were sold out currently. I was headed to the gym when I popped in. I was looking for a set of pearl earrings as my wife lost a pearl. I couldn't find a nice set anywhere. Thankfully, Lorilil had a nice selection. They were high quality, reasonably priced, and my wife was very happy! I went back to inquire about a Rolex, so more to follow.

A few months back Chris helped me select my grail watch, after letting me try on some different options and dispel my concerns about the varying watch aesthetics. Lorilil has been great to work with so far and they have been receptive and positive each time I have called excitedly asking for any news regarding inventory. I look forward to continue working with them, and can't wait until I am finally able to wear my dream watch.

After having my Rolex serviced, it was not running properly. I took it back to Lorilil Jewelers in Springfield and explained what was the problem. Chris, one of their staff, carefully explained what I may have been doing wrong. He knows what makes a Rolex tick!!!! I'm now trying his suggestions, and in a month or so, I'll be back on here and let you know how Chris's suggestions worked out. Chris is just the best.

This review is long overdue. My husband and I purchased his and her Rolex’s from the incredible people at Lorilil. This purchase was a long time coming and a very big one for us. Our communication with Lorilil started with Elena, who was incredibly helpful and patiently taught us how to navigate the Rolex site to view options, and when we were ultimately ready to come in for an appt and place an order we met with Victor and Chris she ensured our appt was at a time convenient for us as we work long hours. Upon meeting Victor and Chris’ it was clear that their extensive knowledge of Rolex’s is unlike anyone we’ve ever encountered. We love that Lorilil is a family run business. The store is beautiful and bright! Everyone was very patient and didn’t rush me as I was much more indecisive than my husband. They appreciated that we had worked long and hard to save for this purchase. Victor and Chris offered suggestions and alternatives that were ultimately better than what we walked in the door anticipating to order! We are both so glad we were open minded and listened to the experts! We were so fortunate to meet the folks at Lorilil and make this momentous purchase! We will definitely be back soon! Thanks again.

After a promotion and several other milestones, my wife finally gave me the blessing to start shopping for my dream watch (Rolex Sub). A recent visit last week to Lorilil jewelers was nothing short of enjoyable. Upon entry, I saw a couple seated near the Rolex display looking at watches with Victor. I was quickly greated and asked to be helped. Had a nice conversation with Mrs. Deluca,turned out, I knew her husband from work. Shortly after Victor was done with the couple he turned his attention towards me. Talked watches and I expressed my interest to him. Tried on several and he even recommended a certain case size to stay away from due to the size of my wrist. Was offered a smile, good service, water and parking valet. Looking forward to my next visit.

My all time favorite jewelry store. My wedding ring, band and every special piece I get for any occasion pretty much comes from Lorilil. The staff is all wonderful. Highly recommend!
