S/o to Lola for helping me this morning at the Laundromax in the plaza today! I was having trouble working the washer and she helped me with no problem! A shining personality will get you everywhere in life and Lola was the perfect example! The Laundromat was very clean and I was able to wash my clothes for work! Again thank you Lola for giving me a great experience!

This was my 1 x coming here and I choose this cause my cousin Falana used to come here, it’s bright, clean much space and non intrusive, Tiffany was absolutely amazing she took me through the whole process step by step with agitation at all, I live in Loft but our private Laundry Room is being worked on so i am ecstatic that I came here and Tiffany was working she made this task pleasant without any Stress, Please acknowledge her she deserves it…Carl

On March 22, 2024 10am there was a fire in one of the dryers in which 9 of my towels and a sweater caught on fire and the majority of my clothing smelled like smoke. The fire department came and we had to leave because of so much smoke. We were told that we would get reimbursed for the burnt towels and we had to go to a different laundromat to get our Clothes rewashed . It’s been 3week and nothing yet. my husband just went over there and the manager told him that they can’t do nothing about it . so beware people we are thinking about talking to a lawyer

Very nice and clean place to do laundry. Management offers wash and fold services. Also has ATM and snack machine and soda machine. Also has bathrooms. Very accommodating laundromat.

You have to get here early, and stay with your clothes. The dryers fill up fast, and you will be here all day.

I went to Laundromax for the first time today. I got there at around 6:15am. There were two gentlemen sitting quietly watching the machines spin. I bought and loaded up a Laundromax card which was pretty straightforward and sat and read my book while my clothes washed. The machines were pretty fast and the dryers were free which is awesome. They dried pretty well. I had to dry my comforters twice, but no big deal. It was very clean and the young lady who was working there was very friendly. It was pretty quiet there for the most part, except for one rather ghetto gentleman talking kind of loud on speaker on his cellphone. But by the time that started I was about on my out at 9:00am. Overall it was a good experience and I will go back. I would only go in the morning though, the experience may likely be very different on weekends or afternoons.

Love this laundry place its clean and organized smells so good every time i go there. Staff is friendly and helpful. I go there mostly nights and tiffany is a great help when it comes to helping customers.
