Dumbbell rack is missing weights, super dirty, walls have holes in them, drop ceiling tiles are rotting. Do not recommend spending your money on this gym.

A nice multi-leveled gym in the heart of Downtown Springfield. Next to many amenities location-wise. Regarding the gym, it’s clean however equipment is getting outdated. It could use a whole refresh for the dumbbells in my personal opinion. Tons of equipment to choose from so any lifter from beginner to yolked can usually lift with what they want/need. Quite a bit of people, but that’s okay. Overall, for the price it is highly worth it and trialing it with the free pass is worth a shot.

Could be a nice facility but not much attention, effort or money put into cleaning and maintenance. Takes forever to get anything fixed. Members do not do their part to keep the place clean. Rugs need regular shampoo and lockers need regular washing. Showers dirty and drains clogged; low water flow from shower heads. No one seems to be in charge. No enforcement of rules. People wear clothing in the pool and hot tub and clog the drains; people use the sauna to dry their dirty sweaty clothes; people leave smelly dirty clothes in lockers. Hot tub is green hate to think what is growing in there. Floors in shower room and swimming pool are always dirty. Should be a rule against wearing shoes or sneakers in the pool and hot tub area. They don't sanitize shower walls at pool and bugs flying around. They do the bare minimum cleaning. Hot tub is always down and frequent pool closings for questionable reasons. Hard to get your money's worth out of this place as it stands presently - poorly operated from the top down.

When I started working out at this gym, it was already bad, but over time it got much worse, sadly its the only one nearby. The facility is filthy because there are no janitors and people don't clean the equipment or machines after themselves. Most of the equipment and machines are broken and the managerial crew never fixes or replaces them. The gym does not enforce rules. People are always blasting explicit music on speakers that you can't even hear your own in the headphones. Weights are always unracked and lost. There are no bumper plates and deadlift platforms which makes strength training much worse. If your looking for a good gym to workout in, this is not the one. Those people putting good reviews are being forced to or just got their membership and will probably quit after a month, unlike someone who worksout 5 days a week.

This is the worst gym I've ever been to. It's filthy every single day. The staff is completely negligent to the facility and it shows. The equipment is always broken, and missing. The bathrooms, and showers are disgusting and they enforce no health and safety rules. To a point where I saw a staff member walk by someone wearing no shoes or socks on the training floor. They also allow their friends to bring their own speakers to drown out everyone else's experience. None of the weights are put back, the machines are always dirty. This place sucks.

This Gym is terrible. There's multiple broken machines, no air circulation so it always stinks, showers are moldy and trash isn't frequently picked up. Staff is very bothered if you ask anything.
