Hello my sister and I went to Kohl's while I was visiting Massachusetts. I did find a couple of nice tank tops for only $7.49 a piece which was absolutely amazing they were on sale thank God. To me Kohl's is a little pricey on their items. I got a pair of pants that I thought we're going to fit they didn't fit and I still have to return them although I'm in Virginia I sure hope they allow me to return them in Virginia as long as I have the receipt I should be good. I only go to Kohl's or bells or you know something of that nature with high price clothing when they have clearance sales. My sister said they always have stuff on clearance for plus sizes so that's why we went over there and unfortunately that plus size did not fit me. It ran small. And when we checked out the lady at the customer service counter she took care of my sister and she was very polite and kind and on the other hand I had a cashier that wasn't as kind so but overall I definitely would recommend this store for the good deals they got on clearance

I always find that this store is neat and well stocked whenever I go in. The associates are knowledgeable and friendly and are quick to help as much as they can. I was very well satisfied when shopping here.

i found some very nice bargins .their kitchen appliqances are the best ,the people who work there are so friendly and helpful. and most times you get more bargins when you check out which is always a nice surprise

I use Kohl's for their Amazon Return area. I am not a big fan of Kohl's because they almost always have a very limited supply of my size in pants. Especially jeans. Every Amazon return I do, I always look for pants to take advantage of the coupon they give you as part of the receipt for the return. I rarely find jeans in my size and cut that I want. It seems like a missed opportunity.The store always seems clean and uncrowded, and the people are always nice.The Amazon returns Always go smoothly, and I like going there versus any other return location.
