My daughter, a friend and I recently visited Just B looking for a prom dress. The women were extremely helpful and provided her with a variety of options with a broad range of prices. She left with the perfect dress and we were both very pleased with our experience there. Fabulous to have a business owned by Springfield native; will happily return in the future.

I have personally purchased several dresses from Just B and always been extremely happy with the alterations and Fit of them. I recently purchased a dress for my daughter’s prom and was blown away by the customer service, professionalism, attention to detail, and the extra mile the owner goes to ensure we were happy.

Would never ever recommend this store. Girls working there were very rude. When moving my dress they dragged it on the floor and sparked would fall off. The alterations weren’t done correctly and it looked like it was going to fall apart. When confronting the owner about this all she did was be rude to us and not admit that there was mistakes about the dress. Not to mention when getting the dress back from alterations there were missing parts of the dress and the owner never gave us an answer as to where they are. We were lied to multiple times when asking questions about the dress and alterations. The girls working there have no clue how to do alterations. Save yourself the trip don’t go there.

Online it said dressed 90 and up when I searched but in store most dresses are gonna cost over 400 I'm a kittle sad as i loved the dresses but couldnt find one in my price range abda no stores around me have ones that are long and affordable either.

I was very disappointed with our experience here. People recommended it to us and it was not a hit. The ladies were pushy and rude to the family members. The dresses were all falling apart and had holes in them. Overall, I recommend another prom dress store.

My friends and I went to just b. We have never left a store feeling worse in our life. First of all, let me start off horrible customer service. We are 18 and have our first prom this year and the employees would not let us try on and the main fitting rooms because we didn't bring a parent. They made us feel horrible when the dress wouldn't fit us. They made four of us try in one room because we were taking up too much space. Also in the beginning they said "we aren't letting these girls play around" and continuously said to their other coworkers let's get these four girls over with. We were not causing any trouble. We were simply just trying to look for prom dresses we felt abandoned because we have no place near us and this was the most convenient do not come here. It's not worth your mental health being drained. Also, can we talk about how expensive these dresses are for what reason for what reason? Most of them are hideous. $1000 each for what they literally buy them for $100 ridiculous. Do not come here. They have under aged workers as well.

My daughter and I went there looking for dresses and because of a tire they assume that we Justin have enough money. We asked for help and we got ignored. There selections thin, I just overprice.

Went shopping for my senior prom dress and had a great experience! The two ladies who helped us were so kind and gave so many great compliments. They kept pulling dresses for me to try so I could see different styles. Ending up getting a dress!

They have a huge selection of prom dresses, and there I was looking for a mother of the bride dress with no appointment and the store packed with mothers and daughters at the height of prom shopping season. The store owner, Bianca, stepped in and took care of me personally. I found the perfect dress, and the shop owner got the dress in the color I wanted, arrived in 1 week! I'm still not sure how she worked that magic, but I am so pleased with the service, respect, honesty, and my dress!

Love this place! Super accommodating, knowledgeable and go out of their way to make girls that are there for prom dresses feel special. Lucky to have a beautiful, female owned boutique in Springfield.

Very helpful staff and fantastic selection of dresses in many sizes. Great lighting and spaces for pictures. Staff was patient and friendly. So happy that we went here for prom dress shopping.
