Went to my appointment with Latoya Mestre at the Walmart in Chicopee and everything went great! Latoya was very professional and knowledgeable. My taxes were done in less than an hour! I felt pretty confident she knew what she was doing and she did it right, and knowing I had Jackson Hewitt to process everything was the icing on top. I will definitely go back to see Latoya again next year.
