Be prepared to show up and find that you don’t have an appointment. Even called in morning before appointment to confirm. Showed up and they said that my husband missed his appointment last week and they called to tell him, no history of any call and the date was on my wall calendar. Complete BS. We have been using this location every year so they have his correct number. Thanks for ruining our snow day today HR block, see you never!

This is my fourth year going to the office near me (Cooley St. Springfield. MA) and working with Patricia Reilly. She is thorough and very helpful! H and R should be happy to have her!

Quick turnaround, but the price was much higher than expected (almost $300.00) and wasn't told how much it was going to be until I went to pay for it. In the past it has only been about $130.00
