“We had been here a few years ago and didn’t like it much. Fast forward to a couple days ago, we were on the market for some kitchen cabinets and flooring for our basement. Wow! What a difference. The store looks a million times better. To top it off, we were greeted by 2 nice gentlemen named Brandon and Kyle. They were both a pleasure to work with and extremely kind. You can tell they love what they do. I will be more than happy to recommend this place going forward. Thank you to Brandon and Kyle for your help! Great customer service!”
“I have read all the bad reviews regarding customer service at the Boston road location. My experience was different I was looking at showerheads and an employee named German not only asked if I needed help I did look lost but took the time to explain my options and how I could easily change it myself he was polite respectful and I appreciated the. I say to say do not let someone else bad experience keep you from going there I am sure there are more German to assist you”
