Not once but twice I was ignored by them. I called months ago to schedule for a trim, was told I would receive a call back. Never happened. I messaged them on Facebook to see if they are available for my wedding day and was left on read. No response. Very Unreliable and no courtesy. Would have been okay with a "No, we do not have availability for that day."
