To me, the BEST. We live nearby in Longmeadow and have had a Minivan, Altima and two Mercedes repaired at Felix's with varying degrees of damage. Bill is a superior mechanic. They are organized, timely, super fastidious and very skilled. Paint work is excellent. Most importantly, this shop is fair with pricing and honest as the day is long. Some of these we paid out of pocket and they knew how to keep the costs down. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Also, great detail shop.

I have been using Felix's auto body since the 80's . My 1st accident and and then some through the years . John's work has always been great. The detailer's do excellent work. I have always recommended them to friends and family. Recently , I referred my daughter when her stolen car needed repair . She called and spoke with someone extremely rude, named Betty . I thought maybe my daughter wasn't clear because this was the 1st time she had to go through this issue with a car. So I made a call to them to make sure everything was clear on what we needed to do. The woman "Betty"was extremely rude to me as well. We retrieved the car, and everything looks great. The workers were friendly and helpful. We needed to settle the account . Betty was on the phone and clearly planned to check us out without even acknowledging us. She proceeded to point at a pen and point at the amount we would owe without saying a word. She wasn't young, so I expected she would have some amount of customer service. I am a huge believer of customer service, and one bad apple can lose customers for a business owner.

Everyone is so kind is thorough. Had gotten in a hit and run and they made my car look brand new! They even put new rims and tires. This place took care of me and made me happy.

The Detailing Center at Felix's Auto Body did a great job detailing my car, it looks brand new! The headlights are now crystal clear, and there's a new pinstripe along the side, thanks to Felix's! I can tell Felix's Auto Body puts hard work into what they do.

I had my vehicle detailed on the inside. When I picked it up it looked good but when I got home I saw that they didn't clean the door jams. I called and they said to bring it back and they would do them. It was not very convenient but I took it back in. When I got home I saw that one of the doors had not been done so I had to do it myself after paying them $275 and having to go back. Then today I went to put the things back into the glove compartment and it had not been cleaned even though I emptied it! I don't feel like I got a $275 worth interior detail.

I’m blown away! Felix Auto Body has set a high standard in their field. They go above and beyond. Not only was the body work done well but they delivered my car back to me clean inside & out. Taking it upon themselves to buff my headlights and shine my tires too. Felix has done a handful amount of work for my father, and his talent and genuineness keeps him from going elsewhere. Thank you Felix Auto Body! Highly recommend, this business won’t disappoint.

My family has been using Felix Auto Body, since they opened. John and his team are professional, perfectionists, and have as high standards , as their customers. It takes all the guess work, out of, where do I go, what do I do, when you are freaking out about damage to your car. They work with the insurance company, so you don't have to. I guarantee when you get your car back, you will never be able to tell it was damaged. John DeCesare is the " Auto Body Bomb". The service is amazing.
