This place is absolutely amazing got me behind the wheel after being denied absolutely everywhere I've been I personally been suffering with a bad credit score and I have a repo on my report but Rodney at fast lane got me approved and went above and beyond for me from beginning to end I highly recommend anybody looking for new wheels to stop by .
The vehicle selection is great and the extended warranty programs available are great customer service like no other.

One of the best dealerships in Springfield, MA. Rodney delivered excellent service to my spouse and I on financing a car as well as giving us specific details on all the information we needed to know. I’ve known Rodney since the 80’s, and it makes me proud to see how far he has come. The man is consistent and hardworking. He does a great job running the daily operation of Fast Lane, while simultaneously providing fine customer service. He is fair, knowledgeable and determined to make certain that the customer is satisfied. The owner of the place Rodney took us for a test drive even when he had very little time and gave us very transparent recommendations for buying a car. He was consistent and clear with his communications. I took a car for pre purchase inspection and he was going to make sure that the used car should not need any repairs any time soon.
In the end I got a good deal from a family member and didn't buy the car he was selling, however I would definitely trust this place way more than some of the other dealers I went to and would highly highly recommend fast lane autos if you want to get a used car.
