Cashiers were great, but the manger came after us, accusing us of lying about a price that they put up. Told us we were not allowed at the store because we are liars about prices.

Workers at this establishment are dumb. Got works inside at 8am-820am telling customers 10m wait and that the Internet states the hrs is gonna differ due to holiday hrs but yet I've always been able to get into this store at 815am. Internet states 9am for the whole week so where you get opening the doors at 830.. employees who dont know their hours or how to get to work on Time.

Rodents all over the store. Eating through bread. They sold my nephew bread with a hole in it and just kept telling him no refunds instead of pointing out that the bread was no good. Do not go to this store.

Everytime you go in they have no bags and have signs up saying No Cash back. They need better management or close

I always find everything I was looking for and more. They always have a lot of merchandise, it's good for customers. Good clearance on Christmas accessories. They have a lot of decorations for Halloween.

hi. I am a retired disabled combat veteran. Unfortunately I do suffer from not only physical injury is that I obtained while serving but also PTSD severe depression and anxiety. But I don't ever let anyone now. I always keep a smile on my face, say hello to people, open doors for people. I always try to help when someone is in need. Opening doors, helping someone with a couple of dollars after stuck in a rut. Just even saying hello to someone while I walk by them. Over these past few years, I don't know what's happened to this world but the newer generations are completely mind blowing me. Probably 10% of them actually have manners the rest are just ignorant, rude immoral kids who don't have an ounce of responsibility know the value of a dollar or anything about respect. I've been going to the Family Dollar on main street for quite a few years as I have lived in downtown Springfield on and off for the past 22 years . Prior to and after my service. Actually a couple people that I had gone to school with all of my life used to work there they were long since resigned. I know over the past decade or so they've upped on security and every time you go in there you basically just have someone in a red shirt staring you down making sure you're not sticking anything air pockets which I can openly admit I'm not only seeing people do but heard them talk about as well. that's not my problem. As I said, I treat everyone with respect, I do not steal, I had worked all of my life and I have completed my services country. I was in Family Dollar yesterday for the first time in about a year and a half new faces were around the store none I had recognized. All Hispanic. As I walked up and down the aisles, I am not just being paranoid when I say this, I would just hear them laughing as of course I do understand some Spanish and just cracking jokes. They were coming up to me and asking me to move my things in the I'll leave you know I was just trying to match up bath towels with bathmats because of course they don't have anything that's color coordinated in that store. It's basically just a plethora in the mismatch festival. But the isles are tight, everyone is completely rude and honestly there are many other locations that that store could go but honestly the way the employees act yesterday? I am ready to honestly write a note to the president because the disrespect his country just reached a whole new limit. I had been wearing a flannel shirt because I had started an early day and it was cold in the morning. As soon as I got to the store I was sweating like crazy it was very hot in there as well. So I was very uncomfortable and anxious because as I said all I heard was just screaming Spanish voices the entire time and laughter. No one was actually doing anything they were all just on their phones watching around cracking jokes and any time you ask them for help doing anything they grunt or side or give you an attitude. Seriously it's the most unprofessional atmosphere ever. What does all leads to was me basically being harassed by the short little troll of a girl who had a complete attitude problem even though I was nothing but polite to her the entire time and when I went up to the register even though I had just gotten paid and no I wasn't any kind of drunk or crackhead but she must've thought I was because I was sweating . And like I said I just wanted to get out of there. It was so uncomfortable being in there in the atmosphere I was just furious. I probably had about $350 worth of items in my cart but when I got up to the register I had asked if they had any reusable bags or larger bags and all the girl held up or small plastic bags and paper bags and she just said nope that's it. She had a complete attitude the entire time meanwhile this grubby little 16 year old boy was joking around with her. I mean all of them had their shirts on talked they looked like they had been sleeping in their clothing like they hadn't brush their hair for days and h

Store 4907 the worst everI was there on Saturday may 6 2023Manager came out very rude everyone was complaining about waiting so long on line. Cashier kept asking for help no one helped her. I was on the line for 15 minAlso one of the workers came out loud and disrespectful. Place so dirty and unorganized

this store is trash they close early every day whenever they feel like it supposed to be closed at 10 o'clock closed at 6 7 or 8 sometimes don't go here
