I just picked up a new faucet for our kitchen from FW Webb in Springfield. My customer rep was Lori and I want to say she was simply the best! Lori was very patient with all my questions and indecision and was extremely knowledgable in giving me feedback. It was a real pleasure dealing with someone who was as polite and professional as Lori was today. I will definitely shop at this store again.Charlie H.

This company just likes putting others out of business and has the worst costumer service. A lot of people there treat their costumers poorly. + their prices are way to high for some things!

This place is a joke. I had issues with one of there counter men, I believe his name was Tom. He was very rude to me for no reason. I tried asking him some questions I had about the fittings I wanted to buy and he was rude. I will not be coming here thanks to him.

I'm building a new house and went to Frank Webb to purchase some of the stuff I needed. Staff is friendly, and great selection, but I have to be after them time and time again, before they call me back or reply by email. Very upsetting and no regard for their clients. I also went to United Plumbing for other products and I'm very happy with them. They return your calls and reply to your emails. If and when I need something for my kitchen or bathrooms, I'll go to U.P. not F.W.
