Went to buy a pair of sneakers and was barely recognized. Knew the pair we wanted to buy and needed some assistance. All three employees were at the cash register and not one person was able to at least say “give us a moment we will be right there”. Instead I had to ask if someone can actually attend us while a tall goofy looking kid with glasses and braids AND an attitude said “give us a moment”. Then when he finally was ready to assist and grabbed the size we needed he said unprofessionally “are you going to buy them or what?”. That already gave me the okay to just walk out the store and go somewhere else, but if I wasn’t on a time frame I would’ve taken my business else where. I understand we’re in the “hood”. But don’t hire people that aren’t willing to make the effort to be worth a commission. Will refuse to come here unless it’s my last resort like today.

Purchased 2 pairs of sneakers and returned the next day because I changed my mind about 1 pair and was accused of returning worn sneakers " this isn't how we sold them" but how would you know, you didn't make the sale? Anyways I have never been treated like that ?

Customer service sucks!Walked in four individuals talking loud and clearly ignoring my presence.These customer service jobs are for the kids.But time again we have 30 year old plus adults taking these jobs and unable to live up to the basic customer service standard.My disgusted.

Listen i think they sell fake sneakers... I had a pair of 98 Air Maxes on and was about to buy another pair of 98 in a different color and another Nike Sun Club type when I put them on they felt like there was nothing to them and even the inner soul comes out and the ones I was wearing did not feel anywhere near like those ones they were selling I just left them there I walked out even though they were my size and everything but knowing that they were fake I just couldn't do it....

Awesome experience couldn't find anything I liked or in my size anywhere else but there team went above and beyond to make my whole experience enjoyable not to mention they had a lot of stuff no one else had so make sure you stop there for all your footwear needs

I went there to buy some boots for the 2018 up coming winter. I choose some Nikes boots look alike..that at the store they look like new. But when I was paying the exuberant amount of money ($100.00) I notice the boots had some glue at the sole and body of the boots..she acted like it was nothing. And desided to clean it .advising me to use alcohol..I was never offered a discount or told me to get other shoes. When I walk to the car I notice one side was smaller than the other and that the glue in the sun looked way more pronounced..it was real bad.. I walk back to the store and ask for an exchange or something like that..she said I could not exange them because I use them when I just bought them and took them right back.. Ok was told that I could not talk to anyone in high management. I was shove out the store like I committed a crime the lady was very unprofessional and never gave me her name..I need top management to respond to me please. If they don't do anything this store will be closed very soon.
