Hands down Jessica is if not the best cricket employee that has helped me with my issue that took us 4 hours to complete she was cool calm collective girl deserves a raise and a week paid vacation hands down one of the best as long as she's employed here I will be back

María Encarnacion was attending me, I found her to be very rude. Answering calls in the middle of my service, she didn’t seem to be giving me her attention as a staff here as though I was interrupting her when in reality this is HER job. I just didn’t get that welcoming feeling and felt uncomfortable. Very unsatisfied and disappointed in my experience with her. This is not the first occurrence with Maria either.
