I've been going to Concentra for about 3 yrs and they're intuned with everything. Phys therapy, strength tests, urinalysis, etc. Must of the staff there are compassionate and empathetic but there's one or two that seen like they don't like the environment and our that energy upon those that come to simply take a test that is something that will be something to the beginning to the rest of their life. And his beginnings and that should feel something is promise and comfort for those choosing a path that's gonna be a career beginning of their life. Besides that life's great and so is Concentra

Went in for a TB test . I arrived and told the girl in the front my name and gave her my I.D and she said okay take a seat. A WHOLE HOUR GOES BY and she realizes she mistaken me for the wrong name in the system even after i had given her my I.D. Told me to call my company because i wasn’t showing up in the system. Turns out i was in there she just needed to scan my epassport the job provided to me. Anyways when i was finished I was told to pickup my results within 48-72 hours. NO ONE told me or gave me paperwork saying the results expired 48 hours later. I went in on a Tuesday afternoon and came back on a Friday morning and was sent away because i didn't pickup my results within the 48 hour time frame , i was mislead!! The girl in the front with the veil does not know what shes doing. I had to retake the test but did not return to this location , the concentra in CT has much better service !!

APPARENTLY, this business closes at 4pm or , actually, whenever they FEEL like closing. After calling ahead of time for a service and CONFIRMING (physically being told) with a receptionist that Concerta closes at 5, I walked in at 4pm and they turned me away. Absolutely ridiculous.

The time before Friday’s visit was painful. Long wait times and unhappy people. This visit was a breeze, checked in, registered, made my contribution and was out the door, maybe 40 minutes total. Well done!!

Overall the service was okay the staff were kind of mean kind of rude and they do not know how to handle people with disabilities or to treat us with respect if I would have to go for another drug test I will go somewhere else

Their appointment system should NOT allow for you to schedule a TB test within a range where they can't read it within 48-72 hours. I made an appointment and drove 40 minutes only for them to tell me they couldn't do it. Please update your system and then I'll update my review. Reception was meh, doctor and nurse were ???

Busy place, understandable. However, I had pre-registered and completed all forms prior to arriving, to limit time spent there. On arriving checked in, gave printed paperwork to desk, the prior completed paperwork. Told to fill out forms sent via text to my cell phone. Did so. Sat for 45 minutes Watching people come and go. Got called to desk, asked if I completed forms, said yes a hour ago. Desk looked at computer, my once prescheduled visit had been turned into a walkin. Spent 3 hours at place when it should have been a hour at most. Very unorganized
