Not a good place to go for any type of service, just need tire rotation they waste my time and didn’t do anything! I’ll never stop by or recommend for anyone I know !Not a good behavior in the front desk .Never had this type of bad experience in a business environment from the employees .

Always get the help and answers from friendly knowledge people. Have had them work on my car several times and would recommend them to anyone. In fact I was glad to hear that they are now doing inspections.

THANK YOU SO MUCH!! I came out of school and noticed I had a flat tire, not how anyone wants to end their Monday. I didn't want to wait the 3hrs quoted for a tow truck and drove on the flat (I know, terrible) 5 minutes down the road to City Tire. Before I could even figure out what my tire size was, one of the gentleman from the shop came out and started helping me. I had a spare with no rim in the trunk, and he told me it wouldn't be a problem. I figured it would be an hour at least, based on my previous experiences, and was blown away when he came to get me not even 20 minutes later to say it was done.I feel terrible I didn't get his name, I think it was Mike? Absolutely amazing, so helpful, very sweet, and didn't even charge me for it! I thought for sure I was about to be out another hundred bucks or so, based on how other mechanics have screwed me over recently. I will for sure be coming back here for any and all car concerns. So professional, timely, and genuinely nice. Got me out of there in time to get to my second job!! Seriously, thank you so much for making my night 1000% better than I thought it was going to be. Will be recommending y'all to everyone I know!Thank you again, so so much <3

AMAZINGI went there about a week ago and they were so nice and professional! I hit a pot hole and messed up one of my rims, I also had a donut on a different wheel from a tire i popped 2 weeks prior. This was the absolute last thing i needed and i felt like i couldn't catch a break so i drove on a flat to the nearest tire repair shop. Not only was someone able to meet with me immediately but they were fast and efficient. I was low on money and really needed a new tire. They were so kind and said they didn't want me to drive on a donut since it’s dangerous and i could only afford one tire. They fixed my bent rim for FREE. Are you serious??? So not only did i get a tire to replace the donut, but they fixed my bent rim so that the tire would hold air. They basically fixed both of my tires for the price of one. They didn't try to upsell me once. I was so beyond grateful i swear I almost started crying after the week i had. They were absolutely amazing and if i ever need any more help with my tires, or an alignment, i am 100% going back to them because they were just absolutely awesome.

I absolutely love this place! City Tire has gotten me out of so many tight spots. They always do their best to squeeze you in even if you call them for a last-minute disaster! There have been several times when I just needed some thing small and they were totally honest with me and charge me the lowest amount they possibly could. The staff is incredibly friendly ! Thank you City Tire for always being a place I can rely on!

John at City Tire is a Totally Professional Oranization. On the drive to The Big E, our 21,000 lb trailer. Had a tire fail. John at City Tire was able to replace the blown tire with our spare tire in record time. The next day, he found a new wheel and two better (higher load rating) tires and installed them on our now, two rim that will allow us at the end of the Big E roll home with confidence knowing we have two better spares as back up.John's staff was absolutely Great!! They unloaded and reloaded the tires in and out of the pickup for me. They were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, I knew that I could trust the employees, to keep us safe going home after the Big E.Thanks City TireSteve R.

Best place to get a new or used tire.Came in for a used tire for my semi truckThey got me in and out with a high quality used tire that nearly new for the best price I've seen. I'm way from Virginia but will be using them in the future for all my tires

Excellent experience here. Everyone from the lady who picked up the phone when I first called, to the guys who facilitated my tire swap and flat tire repair on two separate vehicles. Jorge was excellent. Definitely going to be my go-to spot for tire related services. Next time I need an alignment, I'll try these guys as well. Give them a call and see how they can help you, you won't be disappointed.
